Chris came out to service our condo the same day I contacted him. He was thorough in diagnosing and fixing the problem. He also cleaned up the work area nicely before he left. His price was very reasonable for the time and effort put in. We are very happy with his work and would recommend to others.

I should have listened to the other reviewer who mentioned that Chris didn't show up and didn't call, but I figured maybe that was a fluke.

Nope. I called Chris and we scheduled an appointment at a time near the end of the day. That time came and went. 20 min later I called and texted, no answer and no reply. 45 min later, same thing. 1.5 hours later, same thing. No call back (I left voice mail), no text back, and the guy just never showed up.

Weird. I don't know how some people stay in business.

I needed two valves replaced for the tub and the stand up shower. Chris came out on time and had the job done in no time. The valves would not come out because they were seriously corroded. He had the right tool and pulled them out with ease. Super nice guy, great value. He is right when he says: ""I Guarantee if you give me a call you will not be disappointed."" I was not disappointed. GREAT JOB!

After reading reviews on Yelp, and seeing the discounts Chris offered, we were happy to call him to help us with our plumbing issue.

We had scheduled a time on Saturday, however Chris needed to reschedule that day, due to a longer job prior to ours. We were happy to accommodate him in making the change to the next day - Sunday.

Sunday came and went with no Chris, as well as no contact from him at all. We waited all day. Chris did however contact us later in the week indicating that he had a family emergency, however it would have been nice to receive any kind of message that day or evening to let us know what had happened so that we could reschedule or call another plumber.

I will definitely be calling again next time I have a clogged drain. Chris is thorough, fast, neat and personable. Top that off with the most reasonable rates around... I've already put his number in my cell so as to have it handy next time I have a problem with the plumbing in my house. I really appreciate him working late so I could get back to laundry. Not many people provide that level of customer service. Thanks Chris.

I called Chris the afternoon before Thanksgiving, and he made it out the same day. He was a lifesaver! Not only did he unclog my sink quickly and for a very good price, he was extremely friendly and helpful and came over the NIGHT before Thanksgiving on short notice! Could not be happier with Chris. He was on time, professional and reasonable. I always dread needing to call a plumber for fear of the expense, the wait and the inconvenience...Chris is the first plumber I've used that caused none of those. Having been gouged in the past I was thinking I was in for much of the same needing a toilet fixed the day before thanksgiving, but he was awesome. He arrived exactly when he said, charged an extremely good fee and was quick.

Call Chris...you will not regret it! Seriously, I am rarely moved to make reviews unless I am beyond satisfied.

I called Chris the other day around noon for my clogged toilet. He scheduled me for 2pm & was at my front door exactly on time, I loved that! When he came in he offered to put on boot covers, another big plus.
After his 3rd or 4th attempt to unclog my toilet with some spinny thing, he told me he would have to remove the toilet to get the clog. I was scared this would cost me a fortune & be a huge mess. I was wrong! Chris only charged me $135 for everything + cleaned up perfect after he replaced my toilet & it's never flushed better! Chris is definitely an awesome affordable plumber (who I will call for all my plumbing issues) & I recommend him to everyone!!! Thanks again Chris!! :D

This guy is fantastic. My husband and I had an emergency on a Saturday night and called a handful of plumbers. Some of them didn't pick up the phone at all (understandable) while others answered only to say that they charged exorbitant fees for the fact that it was after normal business hours on a weekend. Chris was the only one who called me back and was not only able and willing to come out to our house that night, but would do so for a very fair price. He was extremely communicative about when he could get there and what parts we needed, and was super polite, quick, and punctual to boot. He left some coupons with my husband when he was done with the job and even mailed us more coupons a few days later. Definitely the best plumber I have ever had a chance to hire, and I would happily recommend him to anyone.
