My cousins garbage disposal (Brand: Waste King) in the kitchen has been leaking since she bought it and has given her problems from day one.
Besides that the trap that she had on it was not working correctly it was like an accordion and also causing problems with the dishwasher. Well the garbage disposal malfunctioned yesterday completely and thankfully she had a 2 year warranty on it and we were able to get her a new one but a different brand. Then the pipe coming out of the wall broke at the threads, old galvanized pipe in a old house. We thought she would have to replace the whole pipe and we're dreading how much that was going to cost and 3 days before Thanksgiving and we needed the sink,dishwasher and garbage disposal to be working.
I found Chris on Yelp today and called him and explained the problem and sent him some pictures. He said no problem there was a solution without having to replace the entire pipe if the pipe was not completely shot. He was very accommodating and said he could be at her house later this afternoon. Sure enough he came as promised and on time and affordable. He got the job done in a timely manner and installed the new garbage disposal for us also. YAY!!!Thanks to Chris and his assistant for coming to the rescue and for doing such a great job and being so kind and helpful.
I would Definitely call him again and recommend him to anyone.

So Waste King Garbage Disposals in my opinion are a waste of money, we ended up getting a Moen instead. I've included some before and after pics

Chris was great help on a Friday late afternoon for my plumbing problem. The toilet was clogged and water raised when plushed. I called some places but they couldn't help because it was Friday, no help until Monday. Fortunately, Chris was responsive. He showed up that evening. He did the work nicely and cleaned up well. I previously reviewed Chris the Plumber when we moved into our house about a year ago. We knew we had galvanized pipes and needed a repipe of the whole house. As a novice homeowner, I thought a repipe was a specialty job and went with another plumbing company. I am kicking myself for not simply asking Chris the Plumber beforehand! Turns out, repiping is Chris's specialty.
Anyway, I told the other plumbing company that I needed a repipe because we needed to replaced the galvanized pipes, especially because brown water initially comes out of the tub for a split second when it's first turned on. The owner assured me it's due to galvanized pipe and the repipe with pex will take care of that. Long story short, I continued to see brown water on initial use of the bath tub spout. After the other company sent someone out to check it twice within a few weeks of each other and still seeing no change, I decided to bring in the big guns... aka Chris the Plumber.
In minutes, he said it's the water heater that needed to be replaced, and he can replace it within the next 2 days. I appreciated the confidence he has, which I didn't get from the other company. He replaced the water heater and placed a filter on. His price was definitely fair and affordable. The true test was to turn on the bath tub spout... Et voila! No more disgusting brown water! I even waited a few days before writing this review because I wanted to be certain that I didn't see brown water.
So so thankful for Chris the Plumber. It's very clear he knows exactly what he's talking about. He's always very straight forward with the cost and I never feel like he's trying to take advantage of a novice like me who doesn't know anything about plumbing!

This company was fast, had a quick response time, and fixed our issue the very same day. I called around to 5 different places and they weren't able to come out for at least 3 to 4 days. Chris the owner came out in less than a few hours on the same day and literally fixed our issue within the hour. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family. I called Chris out of desperation to get my dryer connected after Lowe's delivered it without the proper hoses/valves, I honestly did not know if a plumber was even who I needed.
I explained the issue (incorrectly) and he said he could help, and was at my door 30-minutes later on a SUNDAY at 4pm.
He quickly figured out what was really needed, went to the store to grab it and was done within the hour.
