Chris and his team completed work at my home on a number of plumbing projects. He initially stopped by to assess the water heater, which the pilot was not staying lit. We ordered the parts from the water heater manufacturer as requested. On the scheduled day of work, he arrived on time. The part that we received did not fix the issue, so Chris took it upon himself to call the manufacturer. He told the manufacturer that we had been without hot water for several days and they agreed to reimburse us rather than having us wait another day or two for the parts to arrive. So Chris picked up the parts himself and got our water heater up and running. His team also completed some other projects the main one was to replace a garbage disposal. I'm thankful to Chris and his team. I'm glad we found an honest plumber and will contact him again if the need arises.

Found Chris, The Plumber on Residents and Friends of Garden Grove, where several people had recommended his services.

Boy, were they right! Chris not only came out on a Saturday, but he worked for almost an hour trying to get my drain to the dishwasher cleared. Finally, after checking under the base of the dishwasher, he told me that my dishwasher was rusted and leaking underneath and that the clogged part was actually under the base and was not going to clear. He recommended that I call Best Buy as it was under their complete care program. He then told me that he would come out when they were there. (Which he did, the following Tuesday.). When it was time for him to leave, he didn't charge me for the work he had done!

Then on Tuesday, he showed up to confirm that the Best Buy guy knew to look for the damage (they had caused when installing my machine) and stayed until they said it was a dishwasher problem and it would have to be replaced. Again, he stated ""no charge"" for coming out.

Later I asked for my toilet seat to be reset, as it had started leaking. Two of his crew members came out. They were just as friendly and considerate as Chris. It took them less than an hour to reseal my toilet and leave everything clean and working correctly. The charge for the work was very reasonable and I will definitely be having Chris, The Plumber or his crew, back for my next plumbing project. I highly recommend their services!

Excellent work and customer service! Ever since discovering Chris the Plumber, Chris and his team have been my go-to plumbers. Their prices are very reasonable. Steven is great! He is very personable, responsive and does excellent work. He has completed a wide range of work at my home including installing a pedestal sink, faucet, new toilet and repaired an obscure difficult to identify valve. He goes the extra mile and I would not hesitate to recommend him! Very highly recommend!

Chris has done two jobs at my house. The first one, he replaced an outdated pipe that turns on the pool water. Previously we used a wrench to turn it on and water would leak. Thankfully, Chris was able to remedy this for us.

We chose him for the job because his pricing was reasonable and he was the most thorough with explaining the job. He even gave us options on what materials he could use.

For the second job, our main line was backed up and he came out sooner than his time frame. We didn't realize it until later, but he also came on his day off! What a guy! Thanks Chris! We'll keep on referring him to others because we're happy with his work.
