I am happy with the prompt response, visit, assessment of source of the leak, and repair work. Will say that using yelp app was more complicated than it needs to be. I was not sure if clicked and checked everything correctly so I followed up with a text and got the response that I expected.

Our bathroom was backing up and we were refereed to Chris. We ended up having a bigger problem than we thought and Chris and his team were able to tackle the problem right away. He was helpful and quick to answer all our questions. His guys were extremely clean and even swept and vacuumed before they left the job. No pressure at all. They unclogged my kitchen sink ( another company could not solve the issue ) installed a new clean out and repaired the hole in the drain pipe. Chris, thank you for a great job.
