Jason from Chris Taylor's Plumbing did an excellent job for my Mom's house yesterday. She had been complaining of hot water not coming in and other plumbers would say it was old galvanized pipes and leave it at that. Jason tore into to it and saw it to the end and my Mom's hot water is working normal again. I can't say enough about this Company and the professionalism of their workers! Jason even called me to tell me he was on the way.

I have used these guys on three occasions and each one has been a great experience. They respond quickly (even on weekend), they are knowledgeable, professional and don't try to sell you anything that you don't need. I have had main clean-out snaked, garbage disposal replaced and hot water heater pilot assembly replaced.

Chris Taylor came out to my house to fix my water heater on a Sunday morning. I was ready to purchase a new one but he did not up-sale me and just replaced the thermocoupler. Service was quick, thorough, clean and professional. I highly recommend him and his company. He is a honest and hardworking man.

Had both toilets backed up and couldn't drain. Called Chris Taylor's plumbing and he was able to come out on New Year's Eve day! Fixed the problem by unclogging it from the hole in my front porch. Had him reseal both toilets too. He was very friendly and informative! My husband got some tips on plumbing. Excellent service and reasonable price! Thank you very much Chris for coming out to save us on New Year's Eve!! Your definitely my plumber and will be referred for others!!

I had a Thanks Giving mishap with my sink and was willing to wait until the following Tuesday to have it fixed since this company had such great ratings. Sure enough, they were awesome! I told Jason, my plumber, that I probably broke the Garbage disposal. He assured me that it was fine and that it was only the pipe attached directly to it that came off due to the pressure of the clog. I was impressed that he not only cleaned and wiped the entire area of under the sink, but he also rinsed and cleaned both my sinks. He then took the time to explain which items of food are not the best for garbage disposals. I just felt like he went way above what was expected. He also let me know the importance of using a stopper to fill up your sink with water when using the garbage disposal. He asked me if I had one and I said no. He then said, "" Well, you do now."" Super nice, thorough and the price was very fair. I could have gotten another plumber to come on Black Friday. But I trust Yelp Reviews. Super happy.
I recommend Chris Taylor's Plumbing if trusting your plumber is important. I noticed that the other reviews are similar to mine. He definitely has a standard! I now have his business card taped under my sink. ;)

Chris and his team are the most honest people that I have ever dealt with. I have been appreciating them for 10 years. First in my 3000 square foot house in Yucaipa, where the first plumber told me that I would have to replace all of the pipes in my master bath. When I called Chris for a second opinion, he said that I was missing a couple of seals, and replaced them for almost nothing with the 'house call'. I was sold!!! I had him take care of quite a few issues in Yucaipa, and he was always so honest and very reasonable. He came out to my new, smaller house, and again, things that I thought were horrible, he told me the truth, and took care of the small problems that they actually were!
I highly recommend Chris and his team. I will always call them for all and any problems, big or small.
