Chris and his team are the most honest people that I have ever dealt with. I have been appreciating them for 10 years. First in my 3000 square foot house in Yucaipa, where the first plumber told me that I would have to replace all of the pipes in my master bath. When I called Chris for a second opinion, he said that I was missing a couple of seals, and replaced them for almost nothing with the 'house call'. I was sold!!! I had him take care of quite a few issues in Yucaipa, and he was always so honest and very reasonable. He came out to my new, smaller house, and again, things that I thought were horrible, he told me the truth, and took care of the small problems that they actually were!
I highly recommend Chris and his team. I will always call them for all and any problems, big or small.

Great service, quick response, arrived on time, very professional. Had to call them out a few months ago after a Mother's Day party for my mother-in-law. I poured too much food down the drain and didn't think anything of it during cleanup the night before. The day after, the kitchen sink wouldn't drain at all. I tried the snake the plumbing myself and couldn't get deep enough. Chris brought out the big guns out and was able to snake it all the way out to the street.

I gave him 10 stars. Chris Taylor is an honest, reasonably priced Plumber. He even found time to come on Sunday morning to repair and fix leaking shower even though it was not a big job. He is a straightforward guy and does not take advantage of you. His work is immaculate and clean.

Chris saved me over $3000 by being honest! My home warranty company send out plumbers who claimed I had a break in a line under my house. It would have cost me $2000 plus new flooring in kitchen and livingroom (probably whole house) and the insurance would have covered the other $1500. Chris ran a snake, broke up a clogged line for $127.50! And he checked it twice to make sure I was all set. I think maybe the crooks only work thru warranty companies because I want to yelp them but can't find them. They are Direct Connection Plumbing.

Chris Taylors plumbing had to come to our home a few times for plumbing issues. Chris came in the morning on a Saturday at the last minute call and then came back later in the afternoon because he was faithful to get to his appointments he had scheduled..he was friendly and helpful and stayed until he could help our plumbing problem for the time being.

Hi,
Just wanted to thank you for sending out Sean, he did an excellent job, explained everything in detail & got the job done quickly.

He also explained the septic system & what can occur over time with them, and what we might need to do later on, if roots persist.

He was able to remove a cap that was rusted shut, (that previous plumber weren't able), to allow for needed inspection & to determine if clog was cleared.
He also did not need to take my toilet off to use the snake, (as had to happen in the past), as he was able to get his heavy-duty snake through the outside drain access.

Plus, the rate was very fair & honest, and Stacy answered the phone every time.

Thanks again, I'll let others know about you guys.

Chris and Jason arrived this Friday morning for the scheduled installation of a shower head in this 1938 Mediterranean-revival. They pulled out the original (and really beefy) American Standard tub fixture and installed a very high-end bathtub-shower fixture that Chris supplied, and the rectangular curtain rod which we had purchased. Jason even braved the furnace-like heat in the attic in order to install a proper anchor for the curtain rod. At noon, the outdoor temp was about 107.

Fortunately, there is an access door to the tub plumbing. That's an old house for ya. And the attic access is in the same walk-in closet.

I wanted the old fixture for some decorative purpose, so they cut the feed pipe to the spout, rather than mar it with a pipe wrench, in order to unscrew it from the fixture behind the tiled wall. Likewise, they used the same care in removing the hot and cold knobs. The old spout and handles will make good hat racks.

With the new shower curtains in place, my wife and I are looking forward to showers this evening.
