Chris was my second plumber--first plumber told me he ""always gets the tough ones..."" Needless to say that didn't inspire much confidence, so I sent the first plumber packing. I had a couple of minor floods and suspected that a pipe had blown, but Chris took the time to really diagnose the problem. In the end, he snaked the line (extensively) and fixed the problem. As I write this, the dishwasher and washing machine are running simultaneously and no back up!!! I'm thrilled.

Okay, Chris was great b/c he was on time; he took care w/my new paint job, made an effort to not step on my newly cleaned rugs, and he took his time to figure out was wrong (what I appreciated most). (The other plumber wanted me to remove a built-in bookshelf as first step.) Chris was a really friendly, upbeat guy, too. It was clear that he knew what he was doing and as other person stated, he explained as he was diagnosing the problem. His fees were very fair, reasonable.

This is my first yelp review, so I guess that says something. (Also, I'm a female homeowner and well, we have all been ripped off, so it's nice to NOT be in that situation.)

Chris was very professional and friendly when he came over to unclog our kitchen sink. He spent two hours grinding away at the blockage, and a part of his auger even snapped off, presumably from the rusted metal in the aged pipes. He remained calm the entire time and billed us a price that was hard to beat.

This was my first time using a plumbing service, but I was pleased with the process. Chris arrived as scheduled, figured out a way to unclog the pipes, and cleaned up the mess when he was done. I would call him again for future plumbing issues and recommend him to anyone within range of his service.

Chris Rogers is the man! He is honest, fair, and knowledgeable! He was referred to me by a very handy friend. If my very handy friend can just Chris Rogers I knew I could too.

Without charging me extra, he made an extra trip to make sure the tub was completely dry before he put on the silicone. He could have just applied it the same day he was here...I thought it was dry enough...

Chris is a nice nice guy. He's one of those guys that makes me write on my to-do list ""write yelp review!"" He was just that awesome. Thanks Chris.

BTW...he doesn't answer his phone calls while he's working...so if he doesn't call you back when you leave a voicemail...just give him another ring...that's what I did!

Chris has done numerous jobs on my house's old plumbing, and he always gets it right. Most recently, a few days ago he unclogged my kitchen sink. Chris's prices are totally reasonable and he's completely knowledgable about his profession. However, If I could recommend one improvement, it would be to rename his business to Cool Guy Plumbing.

On both our jobs he an his partner have gone above and beyond the original scope of work without charging extra. It is nice to know that there is an honest, reliable plumber out there when we need one.

Chris is an honest, reliable, and dependable plumber. I've trusted him with many jobs (small and large) on my old 1920s home, and he has never overcharged me or told me that I needed work done when I didn't. In fact, one time I had him exchange a toilet for me because I needed a different color for my bathroom remodel, and he brought me back the $75 difference in a gift card--I'm not so sure that many plumbers would do that, considering I wouldn't have known the difference if he hadn't given me the money. He is respectful, nice, and sincere. Sometimes he does get a little busy or overwhelmed, but be patient...he's also a family man and his wonderful (and highly knowledgable) wife will often help out when needed. As a sigle female and new homeowner, he has provided invaluable assistance/advice and goes above and beyond the call of duty...He has come on off-hours/days, counseled me during stressful situations, and referred me to other dependable and trustworthy contractors. I cannot say enough positive things about this man and his business, and I encourage you to call him if you need a good plumber!

I left him a voicemail this morning about a bathtub issue that started a day ago. Neither he nor any representative from his company ever called back. Few things irritate me as much as poor customer service. Thankfully, the other guy I called got back to me within the hour, and was at our doorstep a few hours later.
