Chris is an honest, reliable, and dependable plumber. I've trusted him with many jobs (small and large) on my old 1920s home, and he has never overcharged me or told me that I needed work done when I didn't. In fact, one time I had him exchange a toilet for me because I needed a different color for my bathroom remodel, and he brought me back the $75 difference in a gift card--I'm not so sure that many plumbers would do that, considering I wouldn't have known the difference if he hadn't given me the money. He is respectful, nice, and sincere. Sometimes he does get a little busy or overwhelmed, but be patient...he's also a family man and his wonderful (and highly knowledgable) wife will often help out when needed. As a sigle female and new homeowner, he has provided invaluable assistance/advice and goes above and beyond the call of duty...He has come on off-hours/days, counseled me during stressful situations, and referred me to other dependable and trustworthy contractors. I cannot say enough positive things about this man and his business, and I encourage you to call him if you need a good plumber!

Chris is very professional and honest person, price's are excellent. He re-routed my home with copper tubing professional clean job. very sincere. went out of his way to do a little extra put a new toilet handle with no extra charge. Would definitely use him for another job.

I left him a voicemail this morning about a bathtub issue that started a day ago. Neither he nor any representative from his company ever called back. Few things irritate me as much as poor customer service. Thankfully, the other guy I called got back to me within the hour, and was at our doorstep a few hours later.

Chris was super-fast and super-friendly. He showed up at my mom's house to fix her plumbing a lot earlier than expected, which was a blessing, and he even fixed something extra for free that we didn't call him in for because it was a first time visit. If you live in the Fullerton or surrounding area I highly recommend him, good luck!

i always hear horror stories about people getting ripped off by plumbers so i know that finding a good, reliable, trustworthy plumber is not the easiest find but luckily through the yelp community i was able to find one. I did a simple search and found that Chris had nothing but good reviews.

my bathroom started flooding and water was coming up through my bathtub (pretty gross btw) and so i called chris and he came to my house the same day and fixed the problem. he told me he would be here between 3 and 4 and so i assumed that he would come closer to 4 but to my surprise he came 10 minutes early!

not only was he early he was super friendly and made sure to answer all of my questions. he was very honest about what needs to be done and what doesnt need to be done and it really felt like he had my best interest in mind and not his wallet. in a short time he was able to fix the problem and the cost was way less then i had expected. he even gave me a 10% discount for this being my first time.

HIGHLY recommended. Super professional and friendly

so last friday I noticed a leak from the ceiling in my garage. i freaked out. i called my sister and she recommended chris rogers plumbing. i called and chris answered he told me that he had time monday afternoon and recommended that i do not use the bathroom upstairs...just in case the leak gets worse. so he came on monday (10 minutes earlier. I LOVE PEOPLE WHO COME ON TIME!) and he checked my bathroom upstairs he tried everything he could, but there was no leak. he told me that i should use the sink for a day, the next day the bathroom, and then the shower (to target what is causing the leak) he informed me to also get silicone for the shower to patch up the cracks where the water could fall through. he told me he could do it, but it's easy enough for me to do it (plus CHEAPER) who does that? he's so awesome because he could have done whatever and charged me (since i don't know anything about plumbing) but instead he told me what to do (and the cheaper way to do things). AMAZING service! so far i can't find where the leak is coming from (i didn't get the silicone yet -_- yes i'm lazy...but i will soon!)

definitely will recommend chris rogers plumbing to all my family, friends, and my fellow yelpers. he's an amazing guy who's very informative and have the customers best interest at heart.

Chris replaced my kitchen faucet along with the hot and cold water valves. Not only did Chris do a great job, but his high skill level and personality made it a pleasure to work with him. I would highly recommend Chris for anyone looking for a reliable plumber with very reasonable rates.

They came and fixed two leaky faucets for a very reasonable price. They were fast and competent (a good combination for a plumber). I highly recommend them.
