Chris Rogers Plumbing has done a lot of work for us for several years, both at our home and also at our rental property. From repairs to installation of new products they have been excellent in everything they have done for us. When our most recent tenant was leaving, while disconnecting the line to their refrigerator ice-maker they broke the connection from the valve to the pipe in the wall. They phoned me and I phoned Chris. Within 20 minutes, before I could even get to the property, they were there and repaired the broken pipe, had the new valve on, and even had cleaned up the water that had accumulated before the tenant could get the water supply turned off. I walked in to a completely resolved problem that could have flooded the whole place. I can't give enough stars for Chris and his services. They are the best!!

Called Chris after getting an attitude from another top 3 rated plumber on Yelp. The other guy didn't want to deal with our home warranty, saying it wasn't worth his time to speak to them to get the job approval. Chris was fantastic. He had no issue talking to the home warranty folks and took care of the stoppage as well as another minor issue. He called me to give me an update, sent me a photo of the stoppage, and kept the tenants happy. His price was exactly what I thought it should be. I'm happy to recommend him to the Yelp community!

Have used Chris twice now to fix some issues with my Kitchen sink lines, and both times he did a great job, was very nice and professional and charged a very reasonable price! Would recommend him for your plumbing needs!

Had only used Chris once, but he did a good job so decided to use him again; had an unusual problem with our sprinkler system. At 9:00 pm heard an awful noise and went in the back garden to find water gushing off our roof -- looked like a rainstorm. Figured it was something to do with the sprinkler system, but couldn't figure how it affected the roof. Turned the system off and called Chris. He came with his sidekick on time, and tested the system and found there was a hole in our drip system that was forcing water up at least 12 feet onto the roof where it hit the awning and cascading down. All it needed was the hole to be plugged. As it was such a simple problem Chris didn't charge me, which I thought was great as he could have charged for the time and problem solving. It goes to show that there are still businesses that really do think of their customers and not just the bottom line.

Another good Job by Chris Rodgers Plumbing! Still dealing with the damage caused by Scott AT FULLERTON PLUMBING. More rust in my system due to Scotts inability to know the difference between a water pipe and a natural gas pipe! Chris saved my ass by coming the same day i called for the big part of the job. He rescheduled to to the balance of the work mentioned above. He is the best!

Had an issue with our water heater and gave Chris a call in the morning. He said he would be able to stop by and take a look at 3:30 that same afternoon. I was concerned that it might have to be replaced and wondered if he would have time for that. He assured me that he would make time and install a new one if needed.

Chris showed up a little early and took a look and instantly found the problem. A quick adjustment and relight, water heater works like a charm now. He wouldn't even charge me for it, I couldn't believe it! I got his business card and will definitely be recommending him to friends. He was timely, honest, polite and professional, what more can you ask for?

I am writing this review not based on any work rendered, but on their lack of returning phone calls and not following up with what they say they will do.
My husband called yesterday around 2:30 in regards to a leak that we had. The man on the phone said that they couldn't come out that day, but then after talking for a short while, he said that he could probably come over around 7pm after his last job. He said that since we lived in Fullerton and he lives around here, that it would be on his way home.
We never got a call back or a return call that evening. I waited at home for him even though I had to go to the bank and our wedding facility to put a down payment for our upcoming wedding reception. I really don't have the time to wait around for a flakey plumber. A phone call would have been professional and courteous.
I did get a return call this morning at 8am, saying they could come today to fix the problem. I had written a negative review last night after wasting my time. My husband wanted to give them another chance so he called them back. I took down my review to give them another chance. Yet AGAIN no return phone call at all today.
I called Comstock Plumbing who came in the designated time and who fixed another leak in the pipe free of charge. Jeff was great!!! I will definitely use them again for our future plumbing needs.

It's very obvious that these guys are professionals and I really appreciate that. I left a message at 8am and they called me back in less than an hour and put me on the schedule. They came, they saw, and they unclogged my bath tub drain in no time at all. And as they left, they guaranteed their work, gave me a business card, and most importantly, didn't leave a mess in my bathroom.
Added bonus: they were kid friendly.

I highly recommend them and will keep them in mind for future plumbing needs.
