Cost - 100-150$ (Chris charged $100 for us as the toilet was already removed and we would be placing it back ourselves)

We had a clog in our downstairs toilet for quite some time and we had tried almost everything we could do in our capacity. Used drain cloggers, used the snake to an extent. We even thought of replacing the toilet once, which would definitely not have helped as the problem was the build up of small hairy roots over time in the drain pipe which connects the toilet to the city main sewer line.

We called Chris Plumbing and explained him the problem. We had the toilet removed by the bathroom remodeling company and could see the root build up. Chris scheduled a visit the same day and helped us remove the roots and debris from the pipeline. He also tested few times to make sure the drain was completely unclogged.

We were surprised to see the length of the root build up that he removed.

Chris came and unstopped a hard to unclog drain in my home. He was efficient and careful as to not mess items in the room. He brought covers for the floor and made sure the snake was contained so it did not spill sewage all over the room.
