We needed our old hot water heater replaced. Chris responded right away with multiple quote options. We chose to have him bring in a new hot water heater, and remove our old one. He set up the appointment with us just days after talking with him. He arrived on time, cleaned up as he went, and installed our new hot water heater perfectly! He has been at our house for other jobs over the years, and we couldn't be happier to have him come back to help us with this project. Had a small elbow pipe leak issue and Chris came out to quote $450. He said he charges flat rate whether 10 min or 2 hour job. If you are not in dire situation or can afford this kind of fee Chris will do the job for you. He did not have to drain the water out as we already have and kept the water shut off. He will not look for the source of leak himself but asks you where and he will charge extra if he has to look for another source of leak in addition to the area you called him for. He has cut and dry, take it or leave it kind of demeanor regardless of how politely you speak with him. He does not wear mask or disposable shoe cover if you are looking for a covid-compliant plumber.

Chris came out when I had an emergency regarding my heating system. Other companies took days to respond but Chris responded within the hour. He came out, explained the issue and fixed it. I will definitely use Chris again as his service was good, he was responsive, and his price was reasonable.

We've had Chris come out to our 1950's era house a few times to help us with our heating here before the cold season sets in.

The work we had him do involved re-fitting some radiator pipes for a new radiator, installing a Slantfin 30 radiator, removing a cast iron radiator, and capping off some un-used branches from our HW heating system. Chris came, gave us an estimate of the level of effort and worked with us as had some project hiccups and scheduling issues we encountered. I appreciate that the whole time Chris was very honest about how much time parts of the job would take, what his rate was and how he passed on materials costs.

I always take it as a good sign when a contractor is very honest and communicative - two things Chris excels at. He showed up on time, ready to work and worked steadily. After he was finished with the radiator install, he fired up the boiler and helped us bleed the air out of the system, taking his time to ensure the boiler filled properly, fired up, and started to heat our home. He also wanted to test the radiator he had installed for us to ensure that most of all, his work was done correctly. I appreciated his attention to detail and willingness to stick around and ensure the job was done correctly.

Overall, we found Chris to be an awesome guy, and a reliable and knowledgable plumber. We will be going to him for all of our plumbing needs for years to come.

Chris came today to replace a large cast iron pipe, as it had several cracks and diy fix jobs from the previous owners. He was on time, really honest and friendly, worked in a timely manner and was even understanding of our two crazy dogs. I'm glad we listened to all of the referrals and went with him! We will definitely be contacting Chris again for any future plumbing/heating needs.

You are not going to find a more honest and thorough plumber than Chris. He did a great job hooking up my gas range and dishwasher and fixing a pipe upstairs that I screwed up while replacing a part on my toilet. He was on time, took care to ensure that the range did not scratch the floor during the install, and then tested to make sure that things were A-OK. Other plumbers had previously told us that it would take 1.5-2 hours to replace the pipe upstairs and marks would be left on the floor and wall but Chris did it in about 25 minutes and there were no marks left at all. A true honest professional and gentleman that I highly recommend to everyone. He is now our go-to plumber for all of our future needs.

We had an issue with another plumber who insisted that our furnace was in immediate need of replacement. Some of their actions (like not turning the gas back on after servicing the boiler) left me feeling that they were not on the level.

Called Chris. He came right down, checked the whole system, gave me good advice, did not try to sell me anything, and didn't charge a dime.

It is refreshing to meet an honest man.
He is now our go to plumber.

I found Chris's name on Yelp today. I had a plumbing issue and needed a new plumber. I am very glad that i called Chris. He just happened to be close by and finishing up a job and he was at my house in 10 minutes. It turned out that nothing needed to be repaired and Chris did not even charge me for his time today. Highly recommend Chris!! I came home and I had no hot water. 50 mph winds and freezing cold outside! Spoke to Chris on the phone and he walked me through some steps to get my hot water heater up and running and within 15 min, it ignited and is working! Chris has me for a customer and I also also referred and highly recommended Chris to 3 others!
