Been using Chris for years for plumbing and HVAC. He takes the time to explain what's wrong and offers options for fixing at different costs do I can decide on impact to my budget. Always shows up when he says he will and issue is always fixed.

I agree plus he is very expensive. He even charged $42 when I gave him a debit card for payment. He didn't even give me my coupon which he supposed to do so the job cost me $875.

Not very reliable ... Paid him to do a inspection , he never filled the paperwork in correctly and I'm still waiting for him to return my calls. Have already had to pay a new plumber to finish what he was paid to do
