Chris came and assessed our difficult plumbing problem. He gave timely estimate. A crew came as scheduled, worked diligently. They did a competent job solving the problem. The final bill was less then the estimate.

My experience with Chris Johnson plumbing has always been positive. We use Chris Johnson plumbing for our backflow testing, they are prompt, send us a copy of the notification to the City and reasonable. If we ever have larger projects we will call Chris Johnson plumbing first.

Horrible company. Came out to install cartridges in 4 faucets. Installed one and said they would return with the other three. Failed to to do so and Chris Johnson was rude with no good explanation why he wouldn't return other than too busy. I suggest go elsewhere. Far better companies in Walla Walla area.

The absolute best option for plumbing in Walla Walla. Chris is fair, experienced, and has a great crew. They are clean, courteous and do very nice work. I have never had an issue and I use them for my business, rental houses, and my own home. Five stars.

I have used Chris Johnson Plumbing at 3 residences over the past year. My home was a complete remodel (1929 vintage) where all plumbing was updated. Two others were difficult to schedule jobs as the homeowners needed to use the bathroom spaces in the evenings. All went flawlessly and all of the employees were helpful and pleasant to work with.

I am very angry at this moment so as I write this I will try to calm down. We purchased 4 newly constructed homes as rental properties. Two of them we purchased in January of 2014, two we purchased in June the same year. We were contacted by the city that the BACKFLOW TESTING needed to be performed. We contacted CHRIS JOHNSON PLUMBING to do the test. They tested the two properties that we purchased in January. We assumed that the builder had preformed the other two since the purchase was after the testing date.

To the point, CHRIS JOHNSON PLUMBING, tested one of the properties twice, tried to change the address on the form. We kept getting notices that one of the properties wasn't tested. Begrudgingly, and finally in September after several calls, they sent the fellow back out to test the correct property and in doing so he broke the valve.

After 3 months of calling to get the issue resolved, we were told that we would not be charged again... Seriously, you would hope not. We had already paid for all 4 properties to be tested!!

This spring when we went to the property to set the sprinklers up for the year, the broken valve was discovered. I called CHRIS JOHNSON PLUMBING to report it and they claimed no responsibility. Considering it is the BACKFLOW VALVE, it is clear that it was broken during BACKFLOW testing!

It is not an expensive repair. The fact that they argued the point of who broke it is amazing, NO ONE ELSE WOULD HAVE A REASON TO TOUCH THE BACKFLOW VALVE. I am disgusted and will never use them to do anything for me again. Be warned, the customer service is atrocious!

They deserve 0 stars, but it is not an option!
