We had a slab leak and needed emergency service. We were highly recommend to Chris. He was prompt and had very fair pricing. His crew came and were very efficient. Thank you, Chris Isaak!

We're fortunate to have found a reliable plumber with consistently great service. Over the last decade, they took care of multiple pinhole leaks, valve replacements, our slab leak, and eventually we hired them for a full re-pipe. We referred him to several friends and their feedback was consistantly positive. We really trust this plumber and have been very happy with his results.

Wow. Chris and his team are amazing. They knock on your door with a smile and wonderful energy. They are sincere, thorough and get the job done properly and efficiently. They make every effort and succeed in doing a wonderful job of keeping their work space tidy no matter what the issue. I have called Chris Isaac's plumbing for both big and small jobs and they never disappoint. Hands down the BEST plumbing service in Orange County. It is good to know I have a plumber who I can trust and who has a team of true professionals.

I agree 100% with the other one-star reviews. This was the worst service from a contractor I've experienced in a long time, so please think twice before contacting him. I had texted Chris as we had a clogged bathroom sink and needed the pipe under the sink replaced after the original broke while we were trying to clear the clog. (He had installed a water heater last year as I was desperate and got his number from a neighbor, and he did an adequate job.) He was supposed to come at 8 a.m. on Monday; didn't find out he wouldn't be there until later in the afternoon until I texted him our gate code on Sunday night. Was he planning on letting us know or would he have just shown up hours later or at all had I not contacted him again?
My husband was home while the work was being done. I found out he had sent one of his ""crew"" when I came home from work and discovered that a sticky, waxy substance had been tracked all over our wood floors and vanity top, and the tile floor in bathroom was dirty, with debris everywhere and scuff marks all over that I had to scrub super hard to remove. This is not how a professional treats their customer's work site/home. Also, the clog had NOT been cleared and the pipe LEAKED A LOT of water when we ran the faucet. What had this person done? Was he even a trained plumber? I texted Chris to explain the mess, clogged drain and leaking pipe. I asked if he could be back next day to remedy the situation since I would be home. I did NOT GET A RESPONSE from him whatsoever until the next morning, and all he said was the guy would be back. No apology, no concern, nothing to say about the mess and botched job.
His ""crew"" member showed up the next day, and this time covered our floors with plastic wrap, which I appreciated. He cleared the clog and fixed the leaking pipe he had installed. When he left, however, I noticed more of the waxy substance was all over the top of our vanity and it would not come off, so it is permanently stained with a waxy film. When I texted Chris to let him know, I never heard a word from him. What horrible, inconsiderate, unprofessional service. I should have put a stop-payment on the check for permanently staining our vanity.
I might report this to the Better Business Bureau.

Absolutely awful. The most unprofessional situation I've ever heard of. Long story short, Chris Isaacs crew came out and drilled a hole from my living room all the way through to the outside of my condo (drilled through the stucco). When I told him what his guys had done, he got defensive and his whole reasoning was bs. It was just to try to somehow take the blame off him. As you can see in the photos, the hole they made to my home. I had an inspector come and he said it is completely unacceptable that they did that and that they need to fix it ASAP. The inspector wrote a notice on my door that is to be ripped off and taken to the city of Mission Viejo to obtain a permit BY Chris Isaac since it was him and his crew who did it. The inspector told me to get ahold of my property manager and Chris Isaac to let them know they need to come pick it up. So I did exactly what the inspector told me to do, I sent a picture of the notice to both Chris and my property manager.... he has ignored me since. Do not ever go to this guy. I am a mother to an infant child and he has left a hole in my home in the middle of winter, a week before Christmas. How much lower could you possibly get?

This young man is GOLD. Brilliant Plumber, Honest, Dependable, and Fair Priced. We had our entire home re-piped. From the re-pipe, to dry wall, to repaint, Chris and his men did the job immaculately.

I just got off the phone with a plumber who works for Chris Isaacs Plumbing. I proposed a reasonable solution to a scheduling problem that would not cause the plumbing company any additional time/effort and was met with attitude, complete unwillingness to work with me to arrive at a reasonable solution, and comments from the individual saying the plumbing company had many HOA contracts and my situation was insignificant and isn't worth resolving. Furthermore, when I asked for Chris Isaacs telephone number or the number to the copany, this individual said he would not give it to me and that ""I would have to find it out for myseslf"" When I called this individual back to ask for the spelling of his name, he hung up on me. I am appalled that my HOA would contract with a Plumbing company providing such horrible customer service.

Chris is very honest and helpful. Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable, definitely a plumber I can trust.

My whole family uses Chris Isaacs Plumbing because they are honest, knowledgeable, professional. We can always depend that Chris or his staff will be there that day or the next!!!
Besides all that I have written-Chris and his staff are all really nice guys. I highly recommend this company.

I hired Chris to do my whole house remodel, which included abandoning old underslab water lines and the installation new water, sewer and gas lines and two water heaters, kitchen and bath sinks, disposals and showers. By far, the best subcontractor on the job: fairly priced, Chris does the work, shows up on time and works quickly. I am type-A, OCD and Chris routed and strapped every water line the way I would do it (if I knew how). Personable, explains things well and very trustworthy.
