Chris recently installed some new Brizo fixtures in my master bathroom. I changed out the sinks, Roman tub, and added a rain shower head and diverter system in my shower. I was very picky about who did this work because of the cost of the items plus the complication of my shower. I needed someone knowledgeable and someone who was a perfectionist. I found a jewel in Chris. He did an amazing job, he went above and beyond my expectation! He is my plumber for life now. I also want to point out when you call to make an appointment Justin is so helpful and he know how to run a business and keep the customer happy. I love this company, they definitely know what they are doing. do yourself a favor and make Chris your plumber!

Chris and Justin are the perfect team for any of your plumbing concerns! We were having issues with our kitchen sink drainage and unable to scope or effectively snake the line to clear it. We had 4 different plumbers out to provide quote/opinions, and Chris was one of them. What set them apart was their continued, prompt communication both over the phone and email, Chris's thorough inspection of the issue and our old home's plumbing (even outside in the rain!), and his very detailed explanation of our options and the resulting quote. It is almost impossible to find a good plumber. If you go to Angie's List, or Martino's List you get the big corporate plumbers that gouge you for all the can. But this company, Chris Hales Plumbing is beyond awesome. They bring experience, technical knowledge and ideas for solutions and products the average person would never know about!

Chris spent a couple hours troubleshooting my tankless water heater and unusual water lines in the crawl space to figure out why I have hot water loss and pressure loss in some but not all locations. He came up with a plan and a general estimate.

What's phenomenal about Chris is that he didn't charge a trip charge or troubleshooting charge. He didn't charge me for this time. He's 100% honest and straightforward. He said he doesn't charge until it's fixed. It was amazing. I found him here on Yelp with good reviews. I see why his reviews are good. Integrity is invaluable.

Look no further, and have Chris Hales as your go-to plumber! We have an older house (1900s), and there was low flow out of the upstairs bathroom sink faucet. After troubleshooting the issue, we determined it was an old (and partially clogged) galvanized pipe. We cut open the drywall and Chris was able to swap out the galvanized for new PEX pipe in no time.

The whole process was very easy. Chris was very efficient with the work, on time, professional and great communication through the whole process between getting the estimate and having the work completed. Best of all, I didn't feel like I was being worked over; that common feeling you get when dealing with the big name plumbing companies.

My bathtub seal wouldn't fully seal, so every time I bathed my daughter, I had to seal it with a wet rag and weighted cup. My dad attempted to fix it, but then we sprung a leak through my kitchen sealing (thanks dad, still appreciate the effort!).

I heard about Chris Hales through a neighbor. Turns out he lives down the street. He was prompt, efficient, and reasonably priced. He updated my drain to a more modern design that seals perfectly, making bath-time much less annoying.

His customer service was also great. Justin was responsive and communicated prices and timing, making the whole process easy. I'd recommend his services to anyone!
