Chris was able to schedule right away, showed up on time - early actually - clean and very un-plumber like! (sorry, for the stereo-type!) He got right to work, left to get parts he needed, finished pretty expediently and cleaned up after himself. He installed a new sump pump for our condensate line and a new tub filler. Could not be happier! I'll be calling him again when we need a plumber!

Chris is the real deal! Knowledgeable, fast and professional. I had a sewer gas smell leaking into my house which can be very hard to find not to mention expensive to fix. Chris quickly diagnosed the problem, tracked down a cracked vent pipe in the wall of my closet and repaired the pipe for a very reasonable price. I've used the big name plumbing companies before and thought I would give an independent plumber a shot. Boy, am I glad I did! Chris is now my go to plumber. Highly recommended.

After some less-than-ideal calls from some of the top-rated plumbers on Google Reviews, I was ready to give up on finding a skilled plumber who wouldn't overcharge for a simple valve repair.

Scheduling was easy and Chris had the job done within hours of my call. Despite some added obstacles and complications with the repair, Chris got it done quickly and effectively and still did not charge more for these things. He put extra time and effort into ensuring my old washer would operate until my new one would be installed the next day, an unnecessary but extremely thoughtful consideration given what was required for this.

Not only did he do great work, but he charged much less than local competitors. The initial estimate given over the phone was at least 200 less than what everyone else quoted, and he informed me upon arrival that his quote was the maximum amount he would charge to help me avoid any surprise costs after the job was completed. Not only that, but he decreased the final cost by another 200 after he finished the repair.

I cannot recommend Chris enough, so definitely give him a call if you're in need of a skilled and trustworthy plumber who can get the job done.

Chris is incredible. So honest and really takes his time to make sure you understand everything. We had a water heater issue and a few things that were not up to code. They answered my call quickly, were able to get out here and assess the issue and come up with a plan to resolve it. Chris made two suggestions - fix or replace. Went over what each would entail and never once did I feel like he was pushing me to replace it. He was incredibly thorough and covered all bases. I wanted to replace it, and he was quick to get the parts needed and started work immediately. I am still in shock that we had this issue at 8 am and it was replaced and then some by 5:30 pm. He also went above and beyond, noticing and fixing some things in the basement that didn't even directly have to do with the water heater, like moving a cord that was a hazard and we hadn't noticed! I am so thankful that I called them and am now taking a nice hot bath tonight. Thank you so much, Chris! I will recommend you to everyone!
