Chris is a true professional. I have had him fix several issues that have come up. In an emergency, with a geyser in my front yard, he helped me figure out what to do and then came quickly to address it. He was able to repair the broken main line in record time. Efficient and knowledgeable. I'm so grateful.

He also installed my dishwasher, hooked up up my refrigerator water lines and my water heater!

We hired Chris Flynn Plumbing to replace a toilet and put a new valve/ shower head in our master bathroom. He ended up having to come 3 times (our fault, not his). The toilet we purchased had a crack in it so he had to come back after we ordered a new one. Second time, he put in the shower head and fix a leak that had developed in our soft water system (not scheduled) and then replaced the valve that we had ordered. He responded quickly to our messages and did an amazing job on everything. His price was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend him and have actually just given his name to friends.

Chris is amazing! I had a hot water heater that needed to be replaced. I bought a new hot water heater to install and Chris came out and noted that the old heater was probably under warranty and he checked and sure enough it was. The heater I bought was expensive and came with a hefty restocking fee and Chris negotiated with Pace to waive the fee. He really went above and beyond!

The short story: We finally found our Plumber

The long story: old home, many remodels, slowly a 1904 house and a 2015 house became happily married. Many years and many many plumbers later we've got a tangle of pipe under the house and some of it leaking. One shower is not much more than a trickle and the hot water takes an eternity (even with a hot water recirculator). All our work was permitted and licensed plumbers were used. Still........water was a constant source of aggravation. Chris showed up, on time and listened very carefully, he went under the house to see the beast. We liked that he was actually THINKING about a TRUE solution. He was willing to take us on. He returned at the appointed time and date. He repaired the leaks, removed over 50 feet of tangled pipe and came back 2 days later to do a sort of emergency appendectomy on our bathroom shower valve that looked and sounded terrifying. He was tenacious and found sediment and other bits of the earth jamming the works that had probably been there since the 90's. It's like magic now, we turn on the shower and water comes out. If cleanliness is next to godliness, we're about ready to ascend.

Chris recently completed a tough job under my house with limited space. I don't think another plumber would have taken it on the way that Chris did. He looked for the best way to deal with it for me, not him, even though he could have made a bigger and much more expensive job out of it to make it easier on himself (i.e., going through the floor). Chris is punctual, efficient and clean. He is a pleasure to work with - a kind, decent person who won't give you any attitude like some tradespeople do if you are a single woman. Chris has a lot of integrity and will do what he says he is going to do. His rates are reasonable and he is transparent about costs. He communicates clearly and follows through. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

We called Chris for some work in our rental unit. It was a thankless job of reseating a toilet where the flange was not fit in well. And opening up a fiberglass shower wall to replace dual temp controls with a single control in a house with old dodgy plumbing. It took him all day. He worked really hard and got 'er done. I am completely impressed with my first experience with Chris Flynn. He showed up right on time, was well-equipped, and went right to work methodically assessing the problem. He had to go into very tight crawl spaces three times and was able to deploy equipment that diagnosed and resolved the problem. He was very thorough in determining that our issues were resolved and he left the job in a clean orderly condition. I appreciated his willingness to come all the way out to Dillion Beach to help. This Friday night, I ran out of water... Just moved here a few months ago and am not familiar with well systems... Based on Yelp reviews, I called Chris at 9pm and he was at my house by 9:15, and within 10 minutes had diagnosed the problem - there was an earwig blocking one of the connections... Phew! He was so nice, proceeded to clean out the area on the connectors, and charged me half of what I expected. Super psyched to have found Chris.
