Do not trust this guy, he tries to nickel and dime you. He'll come to your house and give you a quote saying it is all inclusive with certain specific parts and then after he's already started the job, he starts asking you for more money and uses less costly parts instead. He'll also destroy your house and refused to fix it. He Couldn't even properly fit the dryer vent in the wall So that when the sheet rock had to go up over his work you couldn't put the sheet rock over his vent it had to be cut through the wall and remain exposed very sloppy work. He used some type of a metal bar to pop holes through the ceiling so that he could figure out where to run the pipes, the only thing is, it's nowhere near the spot he cuts. So now you have to repair the holes. He also did the same thing to my basement ceiling which he could've just removed the ceiling tiles rather than destroying them. He also had to run exhaust pipes up through my attic and removed all the insulation and threw it all over the place and then refused to put the insulation back and told me to do it myself. He also left all of the debris and garbage from the job site at my house and refused to take it away I stupidly paid him with cash and he's also refusing to give me a receipt Also on his last visit to the house he used tons of profanity and bad language Also we failed inspection for two things and he never informed me, I had to find out from the plumbing inspector himself. He did come back to fix it but like I said when he was leaving he used profanity and other bad language and was very rude. I had to call the Attorney Generals office for New Hampshire and Massachusetts because of the problems I had with him.

Excellent work!!! They did my bathroom and last friday my hotwater heater broke and the owner himself came out at 10 oclock at night to fix it... Pleasure doing business

I came home from Easter dinner to discover that my hot water hater had let go and flooded my finished basement. I needed a plumber asap! I went on yelp and found Chris. I left him message at about 9:30pm and he returned my call at 6:55am, apologizing for not getting back to me last night! He was able to quote me a great price over the phone and arrived later morning. I was afraid that the quote would change once he arrived but he was true to his word and got to work right away. Within a few hours I had a new hot water heater. He was polite, friendly and did fast, neat work. He even disposed of the old water heater. I would recommend Chris Catanzaro to anyone who was looking for a good, honest plumber.
