Chis' is extremely knowledgeable about many areas in the HVAC world.He gave me advice, didn't try to upsell me, Prices were reasonable and his work outstanding. I started with a new Heater install and he was connected with all the incentives to get me $$ off so it was a one stop deal. I was so impressed I gave him all of my plumbing work. Chris Blake provided me with a quotation for a split HVAC system for my house. Central Hudson had just changed their rebate program (making it significantly more beneficial to the consumer). Chris and his wife, Dayna worked through all of the paperwork which resulted in a large savings to me on the overall cost of the system. Chris kept us informed as to when he would do the installation. He and his team were very careful inside the house, removing shoes when entering the house, putting mats down in the area where they were working indoors etc. We encountered a problem about a week later with an accessory add on that had technical issues when Chris went to connect it up. It created some error messages on the units with the exterior unit needing to being replaced. Going into the July 4 holiday weekend, Chris jumped through hoops to get the replacement unit from the distributor and install it so we would have the AC units functioning on what is expected to be a steamy weekend. He is punctual, and reliable. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Chris Blake Plumbing and HVAC.

I'm happy to give Chris his first Yelp review! The first thing I noticed about Chris is that he has a nice website and also keeps his business' facebook page up to date with different projects he's done. It makes me happy to see local businesses with professional websites as I'm a millennial and the internet is where I turn for information. Chris also uses his phone to request photos of your issue and to let you know he's nearby, which is another advantage of a local business embracing the age of technology! Chris was able to come to our house within 24 hours of contacting him and he was able to come first thing in the morning! Then when Chris got to the house, he wasn't only punctual, he was early! I was actually late and I was already home (he called to confirm he was in the right place and I didn't notice the call for a few minutes)! Chris was also fast, he removed and replaced our kitchen faucet and mounted the battery box for the new, motion detecting faucet, and he fixed our drain pipes that we had messed up trying to do the project ourselves all in 45 minutes--when we had had our kitchen out of commission for a week! All in all, Chris is awesome and we're so grateful to him and his business!
