Choice prioritized me last minute for a clogged sink drain. They got Manyor onsite same day. Manyor was super patient with my plumbing issue. He had to navigate existing construction going on in the living space, and a snake upgrade to root the sink drain. He was GREAT. I would def use them again.

Their service was fast, precise, and the service man was incredibly responsive to how we wanted it installed. These guys are not professional. They came to the property and gave me a price and start date for the job. They verbally told me they will replace 65 feet of pipe but on the paperwork they did not add that detail. I contacted them to add that detail and they never did. This was a night job for a commercial cafe and our appointment was at 9PM. No show, no explanation. Called and said somebody will contact me but they didn't. I think they underbid their job and did not want to do it. Complete waste of my time and my tenants time. If you no longer want to commit, communicate that and not ignore your customers hoping we would ""get the message""

After their bad install of an expansion tank on my water heater, CR&P has not responded to this issue which caused my entire hot water heater to need to be replaced. I cannot recommend this company because they don't respond at all - not a quality you want in a plumbing service.

I contacted then after a first plumber gave me a quote of $3,840 to replace some external pipes which didn't not seem that damaged, Chosen rooter only quoted for $765, the person that came to my house was very knowledgeable and very nice.
I already asked for their services about a year ago to change a water heater, and will contact them again in the future.

Nate came to save the day. We had a clogged drain that was causing a major leak into our garage. Nate said that he could probably fix it easily with a powered snake and that was a correct assessment. He worked quickly and was very neat about the work in our flooded center patio. The blockage was beyond the reach of our 15' hand snake but his machine made fast work of it. I appreciate the great service and the friendly folks at Chosen Rooter and Plumbing both on the phones and on the scene. They came sooner than they estimated and did the work fast. We are returning customers and wouldn't hesitate to call them should we need a plumber again.
