I would give a 0 rating if I could. If anyone ever needs any work done, do not call CHOSEN CONSTRUCTION. The warranty company selected this company to come out for a water leak in the bathtub. He basically took my service fee, turned off the hot water to the shower, and left the dripping faucet. He said what needed to be done and would submit the invoice to the warranty company. This was 6 days ago. They have not answered calls or submitted any documentation. Horrible company.

I would give zero if I could. Left water leaking everywhere out of my washer in my laundry room for ME to pick up, after""""testing my washer"""". Came several times and couldn't unclog a simple laundry drain. Tries to tell me my laundry hopped out of a closed washer and into the drain and that's what's blocked it and they can't fix it, after four or five trips out here. One of the several times a guy they've since fired came and left dirt marks all over the laundry room wall, unit housing the hot and cold water faucets and drain, an antique quilt sitting in a basket, the dryer, the blinds in my living room (peaked through with his dirty fingers), put extremely dirty equipment directly on my carpeted floor, dented and dirtied up my drier by getting on it, dirt on boots, left dirty nasty clothes, cigs, etc. on my yard and driveway. The testing and flooding of the washer, which they made me clean up, flooded the entire flooring of my laundry room and now there's a huge mark of mold on my daughter's wall from leakage of water into her wall. They refuse to fix it or even acknowledge they did that. NEVER use this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I paid chosen construction in June of 2020 for repairs to my front porch and a gutter installation on the back of my home. Two months later, a project that was supposed to take 2 weeks to complete is still not completed. I've been given the runaround as to when Mr. Robinson will come back and finish the job.
