Although they were quick to respond to my three calls to unclog a line. They informed me there was a problem with the line to the street. I asked each time on the three service calls for a price to fix the line and they never got back to me. I called another company, that starts with Me and they came and first inspected the issue and unclogged the line for 1/3 the cost for Choo Choo. They gave me a quote with in two hours and fixed the issue the next day. Do not call Choo Choo Rooter. Call the company that starts with a M.

I appreciated the communication and scheduling. However I was not imformed of the additional cost because they had to drive to Ooltewah. I think they should have informed me of that before scheduling. It was an additional $50 for coming to Ooltewah from Chattanooga.

We had an emergency and called Choo Choo Rooter. He tried to advise me to fix the problem myself, but when he realized I was going to be unable to do so, he came to our rescue. I highly recommend Choo Choo Rooter.

Fast Friendly Service Got The Job Done!

My septic was backed up and that's never a fun time. I called Choo Choo Rooter because of the good reviews and was pleased.

I called the end of the day and was surprised to hear he could get me in for the next day!

I was surprised it's $350 for a 30 minute service call to snake a line, but they did a good job and my problem is solved.

I recommend them since they were super fast and professional.

Called for a free estimate for septic service. They arrived, used the prod to confirm location of the tank, gave us an estimate less than half of the other 2 estimates we received. They communicated well after scheduling to begin the work, showed up and got right to it. We were very pleased with the customer service and happy to support a small ""Mom & Pop"", family-owned business. We have found our plumbers. HIGHLY recommend!

These guys are so great. I called with a relatively urgent plumbing need. Bailey came out in the cold evening and crawled under my house in the cold. They gave me a few options for fixing the problem. They were kind and prompt and kept me up to date with all the details. They're great!

I don't have confidence in their work at this point. This isn't the only or first issue I've had with the work this crew has done for me. This is just the biggest and most recently discovered. When we first talked about the job, they recommended changing my sink stops in both bathrooms due to the age while the vanities were removed. Then those were not changed. The hot water line for the guest toilet was not run for the bidet attachment initially as discussed. That required another trip to complete. As I recall the bidet attachment wasn't installed in master bath initially and that required another trip and additional charge. Then it leaked, and the guy came out two more times to fix that, and wanted to charge me again. In the kitchen, In the kitchen someone stepped through my newly finished ceiling I had to have repaired. They did take responsibility and credit me that cost. Thank you. This week when connecting the stove, I discovered that there was no gas line drip leg installed when the gas connection was moved in the kitchen. There was also a minor issue with the nipple on the pot filler. Those have been corrected by another plumber. I didn't even really want to contact Choo Choo about the shower valve, but thought I should because that's a bigger deal. At first they tried to blame someone else for that, but then I showed them the other pic where the valve had been roughed in upside down and backward so the hot would be on the right and cold in the left. I'm not mad. I just want my home to be right and the way I want it and get what I pay for. This company could not come check the issues in the time frame I needed. I hired someone else to fix their mistakes. They also don't want to pay for the fixes. I do not recommend Choo Choo Rooter.

Better than just great! I called and within the hour and Choo Choo Rooter had a plumber right out to help us with our clog. They were quick and efficient and cleared our clogged pipes and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them and the price was reasonable.
