Phillip went above & beyond on replacing our disposal & replaced a couple of parts others said couldn't be done. He even repaired our cabinet that had water damage & all of this for half of what another plumber wanted to replace disposal only. He is now in my speed dial for Plumber. He also brought his sweet, cute wife along to help.

What can I say, I am so thankful I called Phillip to help with a major issue at my house in Chattanooga. My mom lives there and wasn't able to handle things on her own. Philip was over there same day to check out the problem, and even though it was a major repair he was able to keep the cost down and even avoid taking out a whole tree while still solving the problem just a day later. He put my mom at ease the whole time he was at the house working on the problem.

I was overseas at the time but we coordinated by phone and text and he made everything super easy. He explained things clearly and I never felt like he was giving me anything other than exactly the info I needed to decide how to proceed.

Very happy to know there are still skilled folks like Phillip out there who take pride in their work and care for their customers, and can empathize when problems turn out to be worse than expected. He was great and we'll continue to use his services if we ever have any future issues.

Professional, reliable and great communication! I had two different plumbing companies say there was no clog at my rental and they blamed it on septic. I talked to Paul and he said they were wrong. He found the clog and fixed it! Also the septic needed to be pumped and he was able to refer me to Jeff who came out the same day as Paul and they were able to do everything at once. I live in CA but the rental is in Soddy Daisy and they did a great job at communicating with me throughout the whole process so I knew what was going on. In the past other companies have been really bad about letting me know what's going on. Definitely will be using them again for all my plumbing problems! Thank you guys so much!

We were in a real pinch with backed up lift station an hour after calling this company they were on site and wishing an hour later all our troubles were solved. The cost was around half of what we paid last time someone worked on the system . This company has fast professional service at a reasonable price. Phil came out on a Sunday, and was extremely courteous and prompt. He quoted us a price prior to arrival, and did not charge us a penny more despite being here longer than he had anticipated. We love our home in Ringgold Georgia, but this 1999 vintage house seems to be on an annual schedule of experiencing plumbing and drain problems every year around the holidays as we are expecting out of town guests. We had to call Phillip at Choo Choo Rooter again yesterday afternoon, two days before Christmas, and he was here within a couple of hours. We were so relieved to see him that I asked my daughter to make him a ""goody bag"" of Christmas candy and cookies while he worked. Fortunately, the problem this year was not as big as in prior years (although it had two guest bathrooms out of commission). He efficiently diagnosed and repaired the problem and headed for the door. I asked him for my bill so that I could write in the amount on my check which I had already written out for him. He declined my payment; I insisted; he declined repeatedly, saying ""We take care of our good customers."" He left me with a handshake and a merry Christmas, slowing down only long enough to pick up his candy and cookies. I can't guarantee that he will handle your plumbing problems for free, but I can tell you that we have received professional, friendly service at fair prices (or better) every time Choo Choo Rooter has been to our house. And maybe Phillip will write a poem for you, like this one that I received from him by text shortly after he left our house.
