Plumber came out said I had a leak where I Didn't and then tried to ""fix"" the leak and made the area unusable. The ""lady"" at the front desk was very rude and not putting the customer first also saying I had to pay out of pocket for something that was covered they just wanted me to have the better sink? So then, I was told it would take up to three weeks to get my kitchen sink. (They expected me to wait 3 weeks for this) with the wait time I would have to dishes in my tub every day!

They responded to my A/C issues this past summer. Tech was courteous and knowledgeable. Fixed the problem. Very satisfied.

Choice Plumbing saved the day (and my sanity)! A/C went out on the hottest day of the year so far. I called Choice Plumbing on the recommendation of our A/C unit supplier. They were here within a couple of hours (no one else could come until next day), located the problem, and made the repairs. Pricing was reasonable and explained when I made the appointment. They even discounted the freon without being asked, since we needed a lot and didn't charge for a second hour of labor, even though they went into the next hour. I would definitely call them again!

If I could rate this company with a 0, I would. If you are eager to see the true colors of this company you should read, although it will be long.
We started by being contacted by them, and letting this company know which brand of thermostat we had and the issue that the thermostat would run, then freak out flashing repeatedly then do a system crash and wouldn't reboot/turn back on. After awhile it would flash back on and work for awhile, but was never consistent. After being told they would fix our thermostat, they tried to replace with an inferior brand and informed me that was all they carried and they knew it wasn't as nice. I refused because they wouldn't let us keep the original knowing that they only tried to change the batteries I wanted to take the thermostat to an actual place to have it checked. When the guys showed up to fix the thermostat I told them we had tried everything. Taking the fuse out, turning whole system off then back on, and also replacing the batteries in the actual thermostat with brand new batteries that we had but in a flashlight to make the travels to our new house, but never used the flashlight, so this was a day apart from installing in flashlight and using them in the thermostat, still brand new. What did the guy try to do to fix the thermostat? Put ""new"" batteries in it, after he tried to tell me that our brand new batteries weren't ""brand new"". Expiration date of these unused brand new out of package batteries was 2024. We had just bought them, but that was the issue he insisted on and the only thing he tried. The thermostat was working when they showed up and continued to work, but I told him and showed him a recorded video of it crashing after running. He charged us $75.00 service fee for each reason they were at our house, the outside water spigot being the other reason. But I refused to pay as it didn't fix the problem. It crashed later that night. The receptionist, Charity, was screaming at me telling me both gentleman heard me say I refused to have the thermostat replaced, remind you with an inferior brand, and also one gentleman was fixing the OUTSIDE water spigot. She said I was being difficult. I asked if it was because I wouldn't just pay them to replace batteries that I had already changed myself with a thermostat that still wasn't working? And that what both said happened couldn't be acknowledged, but rehearsed as one gentleman was outside the entire time and only came back in at the end to get paid. This company then labeled my husband and I as ""hostile"" and refuse to work with us! This company lies, has incompetent personnel that like to bully and get aggressive. I tried keeping my cool and did not once curse at any of these rude people. I would say don't use this company unless you HAVE to, but I think you would be better off replacing said item yourself and not dealing with this company.
