THey came over fixed some things. Said they'd come back with the pipe to fix a gas water heater pipe. They didnt come back. Didnt tell me how much it was. Didnt ask for a check. I had my cc ready for them. They left and didnt come back. They flushed the system but the other water heater now has no gas pressure so the gas company said that tank wont heat. I have been TWO WEEKS WITHOUT HOT WATER. I call They say they will come out Wed or THurs. No answer No window. Still havent come. THey said they dont deal with Home Warrantee which is fine with me. I told them id pay them directly and deal with the insurance company myself but there has not been an amount given to me. THey are mad because they havent been paid but they left and didnt tell me what I owed. I guess im starting over. I tried calling back but no answer. Left messages. They were refered by a friend and had good reviews but I dont like being told i never paid them when i never was told the amount EVEN when i was on the phone with Paul. I will take this down if the repair happens today. TWO DAY WINDOW. AND NO COMMUNICATION. NO price If they dont want the job just tell me Im cool with that. If they cant come out in the two days just tell me that. I just need to know when they will come out. . I never post because i think it is the client wont pay but that is NOT the case here.

Quick to respond and set appointment as soon as I called. Reasonably priced and professional. Had them come in for a small plumbing update but because of their service and price, they have replaced our previous go to plumber in the area.

Manuel showed up and was wearing a mask very considerate during these times of Covid-19z. I I let him him know We were vaccinated and since his work was mostly under the house and outside - it was up to him to wear it. He was very professional. He assessed the situation gave me a fair quote and he got the go ahead/
To do the work. He did a fantastic job fixing my broken leaking pipe that connects to my back water hose outside. It will help protect my foundation, prevent mold from the water leaking under and save me on the water bill. He is very skilled. So no DIY for us since he is a skilled plumber. I highly recommend this business for all of your plumbing needs.

Got clogged bath tub last night. I spent all morning to unclogged it... Nothing worked.
I decided to call a professional.
One of a plumbing company did not call back.
Choise plumbing picked my call right away & told me that they will call me back in 1h ( the person was driving).
30 mins later, they call me back & told me that they could come in 1h !!
Fast fix, (less than 30mins) very polite, I was so appreciate that they came here such a short notice, fast fix & working under this circumstances (COVID-19).
Price was very very reasonable.
They should add special fee for COVID-19 to be honest.

Plumbing trouble, this guys are going to be my first Choise to make an phone call in a future.

I've called Choice Plumbing several times for clogged and broken pipes. They came out the same day, fixed the problem, and were always a pleasure to work with.

Their rates are very fair, their estimates honest, and their work top rate. If you need plumbing services, do give the a call. I highly recommend them.

Life savers!! I first came across with Choice due to a clean out issue. My HOA uses them and they came out and created a clean out for me. They also cleared a really bad plumbing line that caused a flood. Another plumber recommended cut a hole in my living room wall to create a clear out. Paul (the owner) said, one you do not need that done and secondly he recommended snaking it for a long time to clear the line. After Paul working on it for an hour it finally cleared. He used the camera and the clog was completely gone. After that Paul has been my only plumber. I am currently doing a kitchen remodel and the guys said that they could do flush piping for my W/D. They screwed it up and I called Choice they fixed the issue within an hour. The contractor (again) hooked up the water line to the fridge and screwed that up as well. I called Choice and they fixed that as well. I am not letting anyone else touch the dishwasher and the sink unless it's Choice. The last three visits have been with Manny and he is great! He's fast, clean and always pleasant to work with. I had two ""previous"" other plumbers that I dealt with, they would never call back or you would have to wait forever for them to show up or give bad advise (clean out in living room). I am so glad that I needed the clean out and was introduced to Choice! Seriously I have never been SO happy with a company.

I've had these guys in a few times for minor household stuff, leaks, installed a new hose bib outside, that sort of stuff. Always very fast, professional, their work is great, prices agreed ahead of time and seem fair. Will continue using, definitely recommend.

The Choice Plumbing is the best choice when your house has plumbing problem. Past five years, they did great job for my properties, never let me down.
Last week, I need replacing the pipe, I called Paul, Manuel showed up on time, he did excellent job, solves problem with reliable pricing. Today Manuel came again to fix my toilet, quickly done.
