Justin K. was very great servicing and looking at my water heater. I live in Colorado and he took his time explaining things to me (even after he woke me up, currently working nightshift). He was very apologetic when he did but was patient and professional with me. Easy transaction, quick tester heater flushing and also noted some things I need to get fixed since it's out of code. Provided me quotes and explanations of what need ti be repaired to get to code.
Highly recommend Choate's and if you get Justin he's very professional.

BEWARE: Overcharged massively. $2000.00 to have it ""serviced"". Our HVAC was ok but my husband thought it should be checked since we've lived in our house for almost 5 years. The first technician worked 3-4 hours, then the HVAC went out completely about 7:30pm after he left. Spent 1 night w/80 F. inside waiting for the 10am servicemen we were told would come out the next day. After multiple calls, someone showed up about 1-2pm. Works like it did before; NO better. Tossed $2000.00 in the trash!

Stay FAR away from this place, it is an absolute rip off. First, they charged $175 for a simple diagnostic of a small ac unit to a small two bedroom home. The technician never went outside to the actual unit, instead having spent time in the attic to complete the ""diagnostic."" After that, they quoted us $2985.30 just to repair it and $14,724.14 to install a new ac unit. This is unheard of.

I called Eldridge Services Inc, they sent a technician & he determined that the inside of the coils were full of cottonwood & added more freon. The cost of the service and 4lbs of freon was $419 total. Quite the contrast.

Stay far away from this ""business.""These greedy, abusive people are simply preying on their customers. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!

I've used Choates in the past, customer service is great , supervisors are terrible.They are rude and argumentative.

As part of the Family Plan, we were scheduled to have our furnaces checked, filters changed, etc. The tech, Alyssa Landa, called at 7:25 a.m. to say she was 30 minutes out & she was right on time.

She checked all of our furnaces (3), changed the filters & kept me updated on what she was doing throughout the morning.

When she was done, she went over possible upgrades, which were broken down into three price levels, and explained the differences in each one. I declined since our units are all under 4 years old.

Alyssa was professional & courteous. She kept me updated & was thorough with her work. Definitely recommend Choates.

Choates is the worst plumbing company I have ever used in my 75 years. They are expensive. Their Fam plan is a joke. They constantly upsell. I do not recommend them.

Great experience! Our water heater took a dive yesterday and we called around for quotes. Jeremy came out very quickly to check out the problem. He was professional, polite and very personable. He made sure we got the best deal for our circumstances and we are grateful because this expense couldn't have come at a worse time.
Sean and Prince showed up today to install the new water heater. They were professional and very friendly. They took extra care when entering and exiting our home with equipment and got the job done quickly. Thank you very much to the team for getting us hot water again so fast!

prices they charge are outrageous. charged me $1100 for a $100 part. buyer beware. I will never use them for anything ever again.
