Have had a good relationship with CMP in the past but the last few months have been a disaster. Most recently, they attempted to fix a drainage issue between my master bathroom and kitchen. Sent technicians out 3 times and failed to fix it. The latest time they had me run water through the system until it filled my kitchen sink, determined the problem to be something other than what they anticipated, and left the house because of a more important job. Absolutely unacceptable. I will neither continue to do business with this company, nor will I ever offer anything but negative reviews.

If there was a way to give higher ratings I would. We had been referred by our contractor and never looked back. They are hard working, and completely transparent in their billing, and honest. Through what was originally reconstruction from a previous flood they got us through that, two backed up toilets, and a week later, the historic storm.

During the recent weather event "Snowmageden" and the "Icepocolypse", one of our pipes ruptured, and they got to us as quickly as humanly possible, showed compassion, as well as professionalism. I was in tears on the phone and they could have been cold and uncaring, instead they were calm, and treated me like a member of their family. I am so grateful for that.

Use them for ALL your plumbing needs and I am sure you will not regret it!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. After changing plumbers from another local plumber we had been with for decades. I simply cannot imagine ever using another plumber. We have in recent months had a bevy of plumbing issues. One of which was to fix the original fix by our former plumber and it was a fraction of the price for twice as much work,

And now, as I write this we are having our hot water heater replaced. They worked us into their already busy schedule. Our plumber actually came with a new hot water heater.

Their prices are competitive and still better work and less expensive. They are worth every penny and take great pride in their work.

You won't be disappointed.
