I needed a dishwasher installed and I had a broken water valve under the sink supplying hot water to the washer. Because of the broken valve I had to shut off the water main valve to the house. I called Tim and he understood that we were in need of someone as soon as possible. He told me about an hour to finish his current job and then he would come over and take of it. He quoted me over the phone and his pricing was fair. Tim showed up on time and fixed the valve by replacing it with a quarter turn valve which made me happy ( no more multi turn valves)..he then installed the dishwasher and although he worked in a timely manner he made sure that everything he hooked up was done so properly and double checked..very thorough. He is a down to earth guy. We will use him again in the future and i would recommend him to anyone based on how he took care of us.

Tim just helped me replace the complete main valve assembly which included two shut off valve, one pressure regulator, one garden hose faucet. He gave me price over the phone and told me he will be at my house in 10 minutes. Of course he was on time and did not changed the price after inspecting the job. And needless to say he finished the job in about an hour and a half. AMAZING!

I had called another plumber (Brian Plmbing) 5 days (Thursday) prior on to Tim. This plumber came out on that day 3 hours later and say it was a lot of work and will not be able to do it until Tuesday of the following week because he does not work Monday. So I called this other plumber Monday night to see if he is coming out and no one answer. I followed that call by calling 3 times on Tuesday (hour after hour). I finally manage to get him but he said I did not leave him my call back number of which I did three times. He did agree come out to my house but called back an hour later and said he was sick and need a week to recover.

So Brian had me wait for him from Thursday of the prior week to Tuesday and decided not to help me but I have to thank him because God bless me with not just a better plumber but and better man.

I have several bathrooms in a newer home that have had similar issues. Each time he remembers my issues and is ready to get the right parts. I was having a washer drain overflow problem a couple of weeks ago. my hubby tried Draino as well as snaking the drain (couldn't get it past the p-trap), but nothing worked. i looked on Yelp and decided to give Chino Valley Plumbing a try due to the 5-star rating, and boy... was i glad!!! although Tim (the owner) arrived at my house about half an hour later than he quoted; however, he did give me a call beforehand to let me know. Tim took the time to find out exactly what is wrong with the drain. he did informed me that it's cuz he didn't really want to snake the pipes unless it was absolutely necessary. as a result, he snaked the pipes and the job was done in about 15-20 mins. problem solved. he made just a tiny little water mess and he certainly cleaned after himself. when i was ready to write him the check, he even extended a $10 discount for me... i have nothing but good recommendations for Chino Valley Plumbing, and will certainly suggest it to everyone i know.

We had a leak coming out of the wall, and didn't know who to call. We called Chino Valley Plumbing due to great reviews on Yelp, and we are so impressed with the great service.

Someone came over right away and took care of the problem right away for us a very reasonable price. They knew our concern of cost, and gave us good recommendations on how to save some money.

We are impressed with how honest and sincere our plumber was, and will definitely be calling Chino Valley Plumbing again!!

Tim moved plumbing lines and installed all the fixtures our down to the studs bath remodel. I'll tell you he knows what he's doing. I've hired him twice since...and he's heading back here tomorrow to install a new toilet downstairs. It's a delight to know that he'll show up on time, do a perfect job and charge a fair price.

I am a broker and many times, my clients turn to me for referrals. I don't usually like to give referrals unless I would like to use them myself. I called Tim for a water heater problem, he was the first plumber I spoke to that is so nice and caring. He did an excellent job to get the water heater going again, he has a great personality and you can definately tell he cares and will try to think of ways to save client money. I wished he is in all 3 counties so I can just use him for all my real estate service areas.
