Second time I've used Tim at Chino Valley Plumbing. Both times Tim is super on point and handles biz. Down to earth dude, good at what he does, friendly but focused. Price was in line with any other plumber out there, overall pleased with the service both times. Will use him again if plumbing troubles arise.

We moved into our home a few months ago and our laundry room faucet decides to give up the ghost (no hot water). Thank goodness for homeowner's insurance right? Nope! The insurance company sends not one but two incompetent plumbers. Instead of replacing the whole faucet, the first plumber decides to just replace a broken piece inside the unit which resulted in breaking the faucet even more. Now we're not getting any water at all! Second plumber comes out and he said he can't do anything about it. Wth?

We decided not to mess with the insurance company and their incompetent contractors anymore. We found Chino Valley Plumbers via Yelp and boy are we glad we did! Derek and Tim came out the next day and recommended that we change out the whole unit and to add valves to prevent leakage. Done! They quickly finished the job and their quality of work is excellent. We will not hesitate to use them again for our plumbing needs. Highly recommended...

I will never used this company again as they are a total RIPOFF. I called Chino Valley Plumbing in a rush as my wife and elderly mother wanted the clogged tub and toilet cleared immediately as they had to get ready for a church function. I called local plumbers and left voice mails. Unfortunately for me, the only one that picked up the phone was Chino Valley Plumbing. I told them the problem and they said I needed a clean out. Well, it took them about 30 minutes to clean out the main drain to my house and charged me $225 for the clean out minus a $10 off coupon for a total of $215.00. I was shocked at the price but paid it as I thought that was the going rate but I was wrong. After a few hours, three plumbers returned my voice mails and said they would do a clean out from $99 to $120. I hope you Chino Valley Plumbing enjoyed the extra $100 over charge you made because people reading this review will NOT make the same mistake like I did hiring you for my plumbing job. Shop around folks and do not hire this company because they will overcharge you. On March 22, 2017, I checked my Visa credit card account online and Chino Valley Plumbing charged me a total $225 and NOT $215 that is on my receipt. These guys are more crooked than the crooks I have dealt with on the street for over 25 years. I am disputing the charge with my Visa credit card company.

Highly recommend Tim. He does not add bogus issues to drive up the bill. This is the second time we have used their service. Called on a Monday morning: no hot water. We scheduled a mid day visit. He called and was able to come earlier. He quickly diagnosed it as a clogged water restrictor on the intake to the water heater. Fixed it right away. Outstanding service, fair price. Highly recommend him.

I called Tim based on his Yelp reviews to investigate a leak that was causing huge water bills. Since he mentioned his leak detection equipment was stolen he called Art (not sure of the company) to sub-contract and determine the leak. Art concluded we likely had 2 leaks while Tim was emphatic it was likely 1. We arranged to get the leak fixed (cut the concrete, replace the leaking pipe, etc) and after that 1 leak was fixed he concluded problem solved.

I paid him over $1000 and he indicated he would recommend someone to get the concrete patched up (his bill only included the cutting). Less than an hour later the new pipe de-coupled and I had water flooding down my driveway. To his credit, Tim rushed back and got it put together (hence the 2 stars).

I indicated I was still seeing a leak (likely a 2nd leak) and he said it may be from the sprinkler system. It was a pressurized line since it was consistently leaking (not JUST when my sprinklers were on), so that's probably not it. He took off mentioning he had to get back to his other job.

I left him a voicemail indicating I needed him to come back to resolve the leak i'm still seeing. I left him 3x more voicemails that week to get an update (I am still losing hundreds of gallons of water a day!). Finally Danny (who works with Tim) called back to mention Tim would come by the next morning. I took time off and waited for him. Finally at noon I left another voicemail asking where Tim was. After 5x voicemails, i've given up and resorted to writing a review on yelp (this is after 2 weeks of silence from Chino Valley Plumbing). Really disappointed that Tim would handle things the way he did especially considering he lives in my neighborhood and how patient I have been with him.

Tim has responded for normal wear and tear and done a fine job. But, I am writing to especially commend him for responding to several emergency calls when our drain pipes decided to leak in concert. He responded quickly, diagnosed the issue and mended the leak. Each time, he was considerate and only cut through the wall as needed.

He saved us a lot of time and headache. His experience really had a chance to shine through. Moreover, he was considerate of our home and kept it clean. Thanks Tim !!!
