My family owns several buildings and I have a lot of experience with contractors. This company is one of the worst I have ever dealt with.

We had a small leak in one unit and wanted a faucet replaced in another. They were very responsive (the one positive thing I can say) and were at the building the next day. The plumber said we just needed a washer replaced and would come back in the morning and complete both jobs. He quoted me $100 for the whole job (plus the $80 service fee I paid him on the spot). I thought this was reasonable enough and, since I had to leave town that night, I was glad things were settled and my partner and I could enjoy our anniversary weekend. However, this would not be the case. Another person from the company called me that night and quoted me $290 -- $190 more than the plumber! I told him what I was originally quoted and he said the plumber was new and did not know the pricing system. I was irate, but because I was going out of town, I stupidly agreed, believing that at least the job would be done by a professional.

I had my sister go over to the building to monitor things. The plumber apparently had a lot of problems putting the washer in and then completely messed up the installation of the faucet (something I could have done myself and immediately regretted). It turns out this was the plumber's first day and he did not know how to remove a nut to put the faucet in the right hole. In the end, my brother-in-law, who is not a plumber, fixed the many mistakes this plumber made. I should note that I do not fault the plumber, as he was just following the apparently shoddy policies of a disreputable company.

TL;DR: This company should be avoided. Not only are they dishonest and overpriced, they also do shoddy work. It's amazing just how bad they were about everything. Is that another positive? Lol. No.
