I can't say enough good things about Chico Plumbing. I have had Brian and Vince at my house 4 times in the past 15 months and each job was top notch. The last of which was the hot water heater. They were able to come and install a new unit very quickly. Highly experienced and take the time to explain thing for you. I just love these guys. Got service when I called in under 24 hours. The tech arrived on time with all COVID safety protocols addressed. He was friendly, communicative, and efficient. When an issue came up - he came up with a solution, and was able to stick to the original estimated price. That price was half the estimate of another company we had come out. Highly recommend.

A big thank you to Vince for a job well done. I had an issue installing a new shower faucet, with company coming later in the day. Vince was able to come out within the hour figure out the problem and acquire additional parts needed and fixed it before noon. The bathroom was left sparkly clean and the price was excellent! Thank you to Vince from Chico Plumbing Solutions for helping me with my malfunctioning water softener! After several years of dealing with Gallagher's incompetence, I was thrilled to finally have my purification system properly serviced and restored to working order!
Not only was Vince on time for his first consultation, he was on time for the service appt. He worked quickly, left zero mess behind, took the time to show me what he did and he was fair and reasonably priced!

Had a leak in our kitchen. Called Chico Plumbing Solutions and arranged for them to come out the next morning, They were here first thing, and found the problem. Dish washer it self was leaking, on the list for future replacement. They did not not replace dish washers so went and purchased one for installation. We have an older home so we need some plumbing work before new washer could be installed. Arranged for need plumbing work to be done before new washer arrived. In both cases the tech was on time, friendly and professional in his work. The price was very reasonable. I can highly recommend Chico Plumbing Solutions.

Like all of the other reviewers, I would give Chico Plumbing Solutions 10 stars if I could! Had a leak in my main water line but wasn't sure how serious the issue was (as I know nothing about plumbing). Called Vince hoping he would be able to make it out within a couple of days. He was out to my house in 2 hours and had the issue located and repaired in under 2 hours. Reasonable price! Excellent service! I highly recommend them and will call them if I ever need a plumber again!
