Diego and Oscar came out to our house, right on time for our 9:00 appointment. We are older, and we desired (and needed) two new toilets. I did some research and decided on a higher scale American Standard one piece toilet, with a 1.6 flush. Edwin did the ordering and managed the pickup and having his crew come out, deliver, and install. We are so happy with everything, as we could not have handled the delivery, etc, ourselves. Diego and Oscar (both of whom we had worked with before), were just the very best. And they rodded out the shower, getting lots of gunk and hair out of there. Thank you all so very much, we are very happy with everything! And the pricing was great, as well.

Gerardo and Diego did an excellent job. We had some small roots clogging pipes in the front of our house. Within 2 hours they rodded our catch basin and our stack drain.

Edwin Flores and his team are fantastic. You get a quick response, they show up on-time, and do great work at a fair price. I had a leak under my kitchen sink, and Gerardo and Oscar came yesterday to make the repair. They showed me exactly what needed fixing, and described what they were going to do.

Upon completing the repair, they tested the pipes by filling the sink with water and then draining it. They repeated this test several times to ensure the problem was solved. They also took great care to clean up after their work was completed.

Everybody I've worked with at Chicagoland plumbing is friendly and professional. Don't waste your time using anybody else.

We had a leak from our water heater that resulted in a small pond of warm water on our basement floor. Edwin called us back within about 30 minutes. Oscar came to our house the following day. He was great. My older golden retriever slid on the wood floor in her excitement to see him, and couldn't get a foothold to get up. He even helped me with her.

He diagnosed the problem, and fixed it, and left the basement in better condition than when he started.

The cost was very reasonable.

We have used Chicagoland Quality Plumbing in the past, and were very satisfied. We have told our friends about them.

This was the best plumbing experience I have ever had. I didn't have any hot water, so I called Chicagoland Plumbing. Edwin happened to be near me, so he came to check out the problem within thirty minutes. My two 50 gallon water heaters were 15 years old and it was obvious that they needed to be replaced. He did get one relit and working, but the other had too much rust and would not light, but at least I had some hot water. He gave me a very fair estimate including model numbers so I could check prices online.

He came back two days later with an additional plumber to replace the water heaters. They covered my floors with cardboard and plastic and were able to remove the old heaters and bring in the new without any damage, dirt or leaks from the old heaters. The new water heaters were a little shorter and fatter than the old ones which required repiping both of them. Edwin worked for eight hours and was so respectful and professional the entire time. I know the job took much longer than he expected, but he said he would honor his original quote. I did offer to pay more for the additional labor and we agreed on a price that was still extremely reasonable for the amount of work that had to be done and I am sure still did not cover his time.

I would highly recommend this company. I will use them for all of my plumbing needs in the future. The prices are extremely reasonable, especially compared to some other plumbing companies, and the plumbers are very knowledgeable and respectful.

We had a minor leak on Saturday and I called three local companies. One never returned my call, one called today (Monday) at 12:30, but Chicagoland Plumbing called me IMMEDIATELY on Saturday and set up an appointment for today. Edwin called and even sent an email to confirm our appointment and also to send a photo and name of the employee that was coming to our home. Gerardo was wonderful, and did a quick and efficient job. I even asked him to take photos to get me an estimate on a future job. Thank you again!!

Great plumbing company, on time and reasonably priced. My floor drain was backed up, a friend referred Chicagoland Quality Plumbing and I must say I am happy I used them. They did not hesitate to come out and fix the problem. Since then I have had them in my house for other projects and every time the service has been great.
