These guys are always very professional. We found a problem with our sump pump in Christmas morning, we knew nothing could be don so we unplugged it. We called and left a message about what the problem was on Saturday afternoon, didn't think it was an emergency and waited for a call back on Monday. 8:30am MONDAY I received a call that I could have someone here between 11:30-12:00pm...Perfect! I received a text that the tech was on his way, few minutes later he was at my door. He had on his mask and put shoe covers on to protect my floors. He'd take them off everytime a he had to go outside and put them back on when he came in. We have used them in the past for emergencies ( like when our hot water heater flooded our lower level) and to have our main shut off valve replaced to changing out faucets in our full bath. I cannot say enough nice things about them! They are a great family company to do business with.

Very professional company. Our plumber was very pleasant and informative. We were able to get an appointment within a day and plumber accommodated our schedule. Our issue was a leaky kitchen faucet hose and we were having trouble installing the replacement. We figured we just did not have the right tools to tighten. The plumber assessed the situation, tried our replacement parts, and deemed that the replacement part we got for the hose was defective or too cheap and that we would just need a new faucet altogether. I guess we are just a little frustrated that the plumber was here for an hour, we still don't have a working kitchen faucet, and were charged $150 to be told that we need to buy a new faucet(at our own cost) and that it will be $190 for the install of the new faucet. Overall, pricey, but good service, and the plumber was very competent. May try another company next time due to price.

Chicagoland Plumbing has the worst service. I scheduled an appointment days in advance and they stood me up. I rescheduled and was stood up again. Then, when I complained that I had missed work waiting for them, Brian the plumber told me he didn't need or want my business. Extremely unprofessional. Beware of the glowing 5 star reviews.

Chicagoland Plumbing is truly the best plumber. I called on a Sunday and had a call back Monday morning and Brian was able to make time to come to my home later that morning. He was in and out in 15 minutes and was very friendly and professional. I recommend Chicagoland Plumbing to anyone in need of a professional plumber service.

Great service! At 7:30 a.m. I called a very helpful and cheerful woman about my dead water heater. She got all my info right the first time (my name is unusual), set up an appointment for within the next two hours, and really made me feel I picked the right company to do the job. The repair man was personable, knowledgeable, and did everything just right. It took exactly the amount of time to do the job that I was originally told. Cost seemed reasonable and the service was certainly worth every penny. Would absolutely call them every time I needed a plumber!
