Adam & Mike were great. They came out within a couple hours of us calling them without charging us upfront (many plumbers we called had an upfront cost just to come to our house). When they got here, they realized we had an additional issue we didn't know about and didn't charge us extra to fix it. When they didn't have the parts they needed to fix our piping they quickly ran out to Home Depot, grabbed the part, and came back to fix it within 15 minutes. Definitely thankful we called them to get the job done for us.

Didn't call back when we requested emergency service late night so, I would never call them in an emergency again. On top of that, they tried to charge us $1500 for replacing our ejector pump when we knew our neighbor did the same job for about $900. And now I especially regret using them since they botched the job (didn't seal it properly so there was sewer gas stinking up the place). Had to have a real plumber (Noel at Five Plumbing LLC - excellent plumber!) come and fix it.

Can't tell you how thankful I am for Andrew and Tony at Chicago Sewer Experts. We had issues with our plumbing on a Sunday morning. They were able to come within two hours. Were able to explain all issues to me and walk me through possible solutions. Not to mention the top of line technology they are using to show me the entire piping I have. Another plumber who came highly recommended quoted me $3,000 for what he said would be a massive fix requiring breaking and re-pouring a bunch of concrete in my basement.

Suspicious of this assessment, I called Chicago Sewer Experts. Though it wasn't an emergency, Manny the plumber was at my home within a couple of hours. He instantly fixed my problem for free by turning a knob.

I asked him to install the new toilet I'd already bought on the advice of the other plumber, and he did it quickly. When he needed additional parts, he rushed out to Home Depot to make sure the job went on. He was polite and professional and also wore a mask and observed social distance. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

We called the day prior for drainage issues on several sinks and the replacement of a sump pump battery. Geo came the next morning and troubleshot each drain quickly, and provided an assessment of the sump pump that gave us a few options that were cheaper than other plumbers who had taken a look at the set up. Would recommend to anyone.
