We switched our kitchen sink and I needed to move the drain, install garbage disposal, and install new kitchen faucet. I received a couple of quotes which were around the same price. I talked to Andrew H. and felt like he was the best option. He explained least case, min case and best case options and why and let me choose what worked for me. He had an open dialogue before, during and after the project. He was careful and thorough and extremely knowledgeable. I will be requesting Andrew for all future plumbing work!! Great experience!!

Before I called Adam I first called rooter router and the guy came and said he ""cannot open the dum trap"" because something might get in his eye- and left- please do not use rooter Router - complete garbage!!

I called Adam and he immediately can out and cleaned out my drain in 15 minutes- did an remarkably job!!!!

Pretty terrible experience. I had a backup in my basement so I called Captain rooter out. After walking around they told me they recommended to hydrojet the line to clear it and then stick a camera in the pipes to see what was going on.

Quoted me $1300 because there was no cleanout (WRONG). I showed them the cleanout and now the price became $900. They took a look into the cleanout and dropped their flashlight which became stuck as well. Refused to get it out and never responded again.

Noticed before 7 am that I had some standing water in my basement after a rain and knew I had a problem. Called them up real quick and on the second ring someone picked up. Honestly, couldn't believe how fast someone was out here(20-30 mins) after made the call. Pat K was my tech for the day and he was awesome. He was honest, friendly and didn't mind my 1 year old needing to watch his every move. Great customer service and when this happens again, I know who to call. The cost of the power rod was spot on, and he even provided a quote for something that would fix the problem more long term.
