These guys are amazing - had multiple projects done and they were timely and very attentive. Tile work is absolutely top notch and great attention to detail with little things like putting down paper and prepping work spaces. Paint work also excellent and remodel couldn't have come out nicer - would highly highly recommend these guys, very hard to find good contractors and this group is high integrity and does GREAT work. If I could give Chicago Home ReVision 10 stars vs. 5 stars, I would without question. This was THE most professional, friendly, prompt and quality workmanship group of contractors I have ever worked with.

I emailed the group November 2022 to discuss both bathroom remodeling in my 2 Bed, 2 Bath Condo in the city. They responded right away to set up an in person meeting. The owner John P and Project Manager Silviu C arrived promptly on the day and time discussed and walked the project giving excellent suggestions as I was not using a designer. Estimate was sent very quickly and we agreed upon an early February 2023 start date.

As we got closer to the date, Silviu was very communicative of pre-construction needs to ensure a smooth start. Demo day arrived with the full team covering every square inch of impacted areas with drop clothes and plastic to minimize dust and dirt. Each day, the team would let me know progression and the schedule for the next day.

I was so impressed with the quality and speed of their work that I added more projects to their list including window wood trim staining, fireplace retiling and adding gas shut off key, adding electrical outlets, and removal of old carpet/installation of LVT flooring.

Definitely consider using Chicago Home ReVision for your next project, you will be VERY HAPPY with the end result.

I came across John and his team at Chicago Home Re/Vision after months thinking about a bathroom remodel and was close to giving up on finding a contractor. I'm glad that I didn't give up because (1) John responded within a day of outreach to come out and assess -- providing me a breath of fresh air, hope, and vigor for this project -- and (2) the final result was beyond my wildest dreams.

From initial contact to end, John and his team were professional, communicative, flexible, and an absolute delight to work with.

Prior to the project, John provided me a lot of advice on materials, aesthetics, and timeline -- which helped me mitigate some of the risks and what-ifs. Seriously, I wouldn't have installed a half shower door had he not advised that (1) it would be easier to install than a full shower door -- not that it would be a problem for me -- but as a result it would be easier to maintain, (2) it would look great with the vision I was going for, and (3) that it would be functional despite my first reaction.

I had many travel plans during the summer, which made it difficult for me to say when exactly we could get started, however, Chicago Home Re/Vision was able to be flexible and accommodate a delayed start date. At every juncture of the project, John provided me many choices to make which helped me feel like I was an active participant in creating the end product and made sure that I would not be surprised by anything.

The end result is so very impressive -- I some times do not believe that this is the same bathroom. They did such an amazing job. It is even more impressive when I say that their timeline and budget was exactly in line with their initial quotes, which were already incredibly fair.

John and his team at Chicago Home Re/Vision have set a new high standard of what I expect from my contractors. I can promise you that I be will be reaching out to them first for any future projects. Thank you for bringing my vision to life and making my space feel like my own!

I had been struggling to find a contractor to finish a few projects for me and I had tried everything -- Angie's List, HomeAdvisor, Word of mouth, Google, etc. I was giving up hope until I came across John and Chicago Home ReVision. While other contractors wouldn't even return my call, John promptly responded to my e-mail and was out within a day to assess the job. His team came within a couple of days and did some fantastic work, and it looks great. While he was out I brought up an issue with some plumbing in my other bathroom, and he came back 2 days later with a plumber to fix that. It was such a pleasant experience and I am so glad to have come across John and his team. If you need a job done well, timely, and for a fair price, check him out. I will be calling him again.

I'm very impressed with the work John and his team completed in my bathroom! We changed shower and floor tiles, installed new molding, tub, shower faucets, and replaced the vanity. My bathroom was previously 15 years old with ugly beige yellow tiles. This is a complete 180 and is beautiful! John was consistently in communication with me and completed all my ""asks"" throughout the entire process. They finish earlier than planned and it looks amazing. I would refer their services to any of my friends or family!
