City Wide Plumbing/ Gary and crew are amazing. I had a tenant call me about a backed sink line. Gary gave a very reasonable quote for rodding and was in the area so I asked him to rod it out. He makes business very easy to do by accepting credit cards over the phone. When he went down there he saw that the pipes were rusted and there was a leak too. We changed out the pipes and Gary couldn't have been friendlier or easier to do business with. In the future I intend to all my business with Gary/ City Wide with all my buildings! 5 stars!!!

Excellent work. I would hire them again and strongly recommend them to others. They did the work as promised to fix a blocked drainage pipe. They then took extra steps to make sure other parts of the pipes outside my house were working fine too. (I offered twice to pay more since I got more than I expected, but they said no.) I agree with the prior review that described them as honest and professional.

So happy we went with Chicago City Wide sewer. Gary and his crew are the best. He quoted the work would be done in 2 days and he got it all done in one. Sewer pipe was broken underneath the driveway and big roots from a tree were intruding the pipe. Greg and his crew put a new pipe in cleaned out the roots and installed an access to the sewer on the outside and also poured the concrete all in one day. Believe the reviews bc if I could give them more than 5 stars I would. They are honest and won't up sell you on things you don't need. I can not say enough good things about them. If you need a plumber I highly suggest you go with Chicago City Wide Sewer!!!!

Called Gary on a Sunday night and he came out first thing Monday morning at 8am! We shut down the main water valve to replace a shower faucet and when we turned the water main back on, there was no water coming into the house. Gary is honest and professional. He figured out the issue and was able to fix our problem. Was very happy with the service and will continue to use this company for all our future plumbing needs. Thanks

Gary and his crew came to look at our catch basin after we called them. Keep in mind they came to our home through sleet, rain and snow just really bad weather. I was thinking to myself wow there is no way that they are coming well to my surprise they did. Gary looked at my catch basin and determined that there was nothing immediately wrong with it. He could have made up some kind of issue to try to charge us but he didnt. Honesty goes a mighty long way with a homeowner especially when you are not familiar with plumbing. He did also inform us that our catch basin is going bad and that to get rid of it would be the best scenario. When it comes time to do the job its a ""no brainer"" who we are going to call!!!!! Wow. I was impressed with the response time and excellent service. It is so hard to find the trustworthy business nowadays, and Chicago City Wide Sewer brought the hope back that there are still honest businesses and honest working people.
Called the company at 6am and had the guy out at my house at 8am same day - maybe I just got lucky this morning, but still that is very impressive.
Gary looked at the issue, suggested the solution and informed how much money it will be upfront. Finished the job promptly and there were no extra added charges.
I am so glad that I found these guys, as I will be using their services in the future for sure.

When it comes to needing a plumber, it usually is because something has happened. As luck would have it, my primary sewer line in my house failed, spilling out water into my basement. Never having used a plumber before, I called everybody in the phone book and it was by fate that Gary and his crew were quickest available. He is the most straight forward, honest, no B.S. contractor and one of the nicest guys you will meet. I learned about him and his family all while he did such an amazing, skilled job at working on my project. The job required demoing through the foundation wall, removing a part of my deck, digging up the yard to find the broken pipe and he fixed everything to perfection. Since then, I've used Gary for a variety of jobs, large to small and I will always use Gary, no matter what the need.
