Do NOT use Chicago City Wide Sewer. We had a drain backing up in our brand new house. The washer overflowed the drain, as did the bathtub. We were brand new to the place and were very worried.

We called these guys on April 23rd.,they came out the next day. He said is was a big problem, special machine, 2,200 dollars. Well, sadly, I did not know any better so I said yet. The drain works, but there is still seepage in the basement. Chicago City Wide Sewer not only did a bad job, I found out they charged double or more for the crappy work. I have already contacted the State's attorney's office and my lawyer. The only time I want to see these people again would be in a courtroom.

They are terrible and charge crooked fees for their piss-poor work.

I will definitely be calling Gary at Chicago City Wide Sewer again. Our ejector pump wouldn't stop running in last night. We called Gary this morning and he was here in less than 2 hours. It turns out the float was stuck on the rim of pit and it was an easy fix. He could have easily charged big bucks for a new pump. It was only $50 for a service call. He has restored my faith in humanity. Thanks again Gary.

Gary came out early and took care of a very challenging plumbing problem, after I called only a day before. He fit me squeezed me in his schedule last minute; gave me a great price and was very professional, courteous....and he had jokes,-). I highly recommend this company!

Wonderful service and I was truly impressed with how honest Gary was and kind during our sensitive situation. He arrived early and fixed the problem in about 15 minutes. He indicated what repairs were needed in the future and quoted a fair price. City Wide Plumbing/ Gary and crew are amazing. I had a tenant call me about a backed sink line. Gary gave a very reasonable quote for rodding and was in the area so I asked him to rod it out. He makes business very easy to do by accepting credit cards over the phone. When he went down there he saw that the pipes were rusted and there was a leak too. We changed out the pipes and Gary couldn't have been friendlier or easier to do business with. In the future I intend to all my business with Gary/ City Wide with all my buildings! 5 stars!!!

Excellent work. I would hire them again and strongly recommend them to others. They did the work as promised to fix a blocked drainage pipe. They then took extra steps to make sure other parts of the pipes outside my house were working fine too. (I offered twice to pay more since I got more than I expected, but they said no.) I agree with the prior review that described them as honest and professional.

So happy we went with Chicago City Wide sewer. Gary and his crew are the best. He quoted the work would be done in 2 days and he got it all done in one. Sewer pipe was broken underneath the driveway and big roots from a tree were intruding the pipe. Greg and his crew put a new pipe in cleaned out the roots and installed an access to the sewer on the outside and also poured the concrete all in one day. Believe the reviews bc if I could give them more than 5 stars I would. They are honest and won't up sell you on things you don't need. I can not say enough good things about them. If you need a plumber I highly suggest you go with Chicago City Wide Sewer!!!!

Called Gary on a Sunday night and he came out first thing Monday morning at 8am! We shut down the main water valve to replace a shower faucet and when we turned the water main back on, there was no water coming into the house. Gary is honest and professional. He figured out the issue and was able to fix our problem. Was very happy with the service and will continue to use this company for all our future plumbing needs. Thanks
