Have sent several emails to this company asking if they could assist us wth our obtaining a new shower system for our antique bathtub.
We went back and forth with a person called ""kurt"".
He basically emailed me that if I didn't know how to download my photos onto his email as opposed to his phone which is the only way I could do this my computer is down, then he would not help us.....
Very Rude Company...

Kurt, Chevron's owner is fantastic! I had a burst pipe on Feb 5, 2023 when Newton had hundreds of burst pipes. I was very lucky he could come that day. He kept me updated about time of arrival, let me know when he was on his way, was work focused and personable. He informed me every time/place he had to open up a wall, (i.e. no surprises), diagnosed the problem, explained why the problem had occurred, fixed the pipe, and recommended what to do to avoid any burst pipes in the future (insulate here and there). He involved me when I needed to be involved and treated me (an older woman) like I knew what I was talking about. He got my water back on, left minimal repair to walls required, and cleaned up any mess resulting from his work. I would trust him to do any plumbing repair, any new plumbing projects. Highest recommendation from me.

Kurt responded to me quick and was flexible in figuring out a time to come handle the work. I called him for one problem but rather then undertake a big, unnecessary job, he recommended a simple fix and instead solved another major plumbing issue I had that probably saved my hot water heater. He was great at listening to my concerns and responding to my questions, and explained everything he did in the level of detail I wanted. Would recommend highly.
