The service itself was good - they snaked the drain as asked - but the customer service was terrible. They gave me a window of Wednesday 2-4pm. At 4:15 when they hadn't come I called and asked for an update. The gal on the phone said the guys got delayed and asked if they could come at 8am the next day. The plumber came around 8:20am Thursday. Stuff happens but if they couldn't make it during the timeframe they gave me, they should've called me to tell me not to wait around. It was also $120 just to snake one shower drain and the plumber wouldn't take a check, he said they would send a bill. The price seemed high for 10 minutes of work and I would rather have taken care of the payment on the same day. I'm glad to have the drain unclogged but I won't be calling Chet's again.

This company is very unprofessional. I called up , was told that they would call me at 2:30, therefore got off early from work to be there when they arrived . Received call at 5:00 pm , was told that they would reschedule for the following day . They would call me around 2:30 pm , once again I gave them benefit of doubt , they never showed up. They could at least could have had the courtesy to cancel out ..

I have used Chet's plumbing since I moved from Los Angeles to Orange Cove 2.5 years ago. They have efficiently installed toilets, fixed leaky faucets, and even installed sinks!. Today their service was over the top great. I have a vintage mid-century filter system for my old swimming pool. The filter 'O'ring was so old there were no new ones... and Bill of Chet's Plumbing worked magic on the rusty old thing and somehow made it as good as new. Then he created a new joint for my pool sweep mechanism. I have never seen such friendly creativity. These people really know their stuff.

Chet's plumbing is amazing !!! We are so appreciative! Chet's solved all of the plumbing issues we were having at an older commercial building. Marco the lead plumber was prompt, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He did a wonderful job of communicating our plumbing issues, and offering real solutions to our problem. I would confidently refer Chet's to anyone, considering their resolution to our difficult situation, I believe they could fix any problem, big or small!!! Thank you Chet's !

Service and communication is terrible. Office staff is not organized and fails to follow through with phone messages left by customers. Billing is another problem as I had called in to pay my bill over the phone with my credit card and then ended up getting a collection letter.
