The service that was provided by William was an excellent it was friendly he was courteous and he cared about the job that he was doing for me I advise anyone that they need plumbing this will be the company to go with Chesapeake has been good they're they're fair they're honest and in fact I'm even going to have my daughter have some work done thank you
Scott J.We just had our annual backflow test and tankless water heater cleaned/flushed by Chesapeake Home Services LLC. Sam came out to do the work. Sam was very professional, personable, and explained everything he was doing. Their service is great, and the prices are very affordable. I used Yelp to get quotes and Chesapeake Home was the only company to provide flat rate pricing. Other companies either provided a range that seemed far too expensive or wanted to come out to provide the estimate. I'll definitely use you again!
Thanks!
I have used this company for over 15 years. Fixing leaks to installing water heaters I only call them. It always gets done right and when promised. The workers are always great never leaving me anything to ""clean up"" after they leave.
Brian L.We had marble counters and a new kitchen sink installed. It looked great but the new sink drains didn't line up with the existing pipe underneath. Chesapeake quoted me less $ than anyone else and did a great job hooking up our new sink.
Robert P.Found Chesapeake Plumbing and Heating on Yelp, seemed nice enough and had good reviews. Made an appointment for Wednesday, July 18th from 8am-12pm for an estimate to get a gas line run to my Weber Grill. It's now 12:16pm and I have not heard a word from them, received a phone call or had anyone show up. I have a 9 month old son and my wife and I both work, so it took some work to shuffle my schedule to accommodate the time slot, so it's unfortunate they didn't show up.
First impressions are everything, this was not a good one.
Josh M.Still waiting for any after effects of the job (to see if we still smell gas later), I doubt there will be any.
We smelled gas on 2/16/18 @ 3:30. I called BGE to come out and check it for us. They found one leak above our hot water heater. They cut off our gas and said that we need to find a plumber to fix it and trouble shoot the rest of the line. I called two companies and left messages. They claimed to be 24/7 and responded in an hour. They never called me back so I tried Chesapeake around 6:00pm. I used their emergency line. Explained my situation, and the phone rep told me I'll have a call very soon. Mario called me back with in 3 minutes on his personal or work cell phone. I explained to him, sent him a video via text of my problem area and he said I'll see you tomorrow 2/17/18 @ 8:00. Mario came in, extremely friendly. We walked the area together. Broke it down for me what he was going to do and I left him to it. A few booms and bams later he was wiping his hands with a rag and said you should be able to take a nice hot shower tonight! More then fair priced, in and out service. Thank you very much Chesapeake. I hope this review finds you well and please look out for Mario. He's awesome!
