I called Cherry Valley to make a service call to quote the installation of a larger breaker box. The appointment was made for the next week and I was told the electrician would arrive between 11 and 12. They requested pics of the breaker box so they could determine what size we needed. They called the day before to remind me of the appointment which I appreciated. Don arrived at 11:50. Took his shoes off before walking through the house. Very nice man and easy to talk to. He suggested a less expensive way to get the work done. We received the estimate two days later and it was reasonable. The work was scheduled less than two weeks later. We decided we wanted a plumbing hookup and they sent someone out in a couple days with a quote following a few days later.
Lisa called a day or two before each appointment as reminders.
The electrical and plumbing teams arrived at 8:30 to start the project. They worked all day and at the end of the day, the owner's son was trying to put back together a small garden area they had to dig through to get to the water source. I told him he didn't have to do that but I really appreciated his effort.
The work they did was exemplary and I would highly recommend them for your electrical and plumbing needs.

We had to have a hot water heater installed when they came out and hooked it up still no hot water they came back out and found that we had a pipe that has burst they came out today and fixed the pipe and we now have got water I recommend this company they are friendly and get the job done thank you very much
