Donald B.James is a nice guy and a good plumber, he's done work for me one other time before.
However, today he was scheduled to install a faucet for me between 3-5 PM. After taking 1/2 day off from work and driving 60 miles to meet him, and waiting for 3 hours til 6:00 PM, he finally called, apologizing for standing me up ........ needless to say I wasn't happy!!!!!!
If you're retired or home anyway, maybe it doesn't matter, but if you're a busy professional who doesn't appreciate having your time wasted, find someone else, I am.
