Cherry Hill Plumbing has come through for us twice with fast service and reasonable rates. The first time we called Mark, he quickly solved an issue with a jammed shower faucet cartridge that a different plumbing company could not extract.

Then, day-before-yesterday our 19-year-old water heater finally gave up the ghost. I called Cherry Hill and Mark and Ruben arrived the next day, and installed a new water heater in about 3 hours.

This is exactly the kind of service I had hoped for and was able to avoid paying an ""emergency fee"" that I was quoted elsewhere.

I called Cherry Hill Plumbing to request a quote for furnace replacement. When Mr. Hilla arrived I explained that the furnace was not reliable and worked intermittantly and we needed a price quote for replacement. Mr. Hilla asked to see the unit. A few minutes later, he had some covers off and announced the problem was a safety switch (which he had taped closed) and the furnace was fixed and replacement wasn't necessary at this time. I again asked for a bid. Mr. Hilla mentioned several possible prices, suggesting lower prices were possible without a permit. He did notice that we could use some carbon monoxide detectors. Mr. Hilla charged $89 for a ""diagnostic"" and left. The furnace won't turn on, the problem persists and I never received a written quote. I gave him 2 stars because he recommended CO detectors and was such a smooth talker. Glad he wasn't selling a car. I might have bought it.
