I recently purchased a home and being new to the community, I had no idea who to call to replace a hot water heater. We chose Cherokee Plumbing based on their commitment to honesty and dependability. I was not disappointed! From the friendly interaction of Mary, who answered my call, to the owner, Colin, and his crew, I have been nothing but impressed. They do the job right and do not cut corners. I had to called them back due to a bathtub drain issue, and they were about to come out sooner that originally scheduled. Again, Colin did the job with such integrity. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Great crew including Mary! They responded quickly and provided more information about the issue. They also found when the house was built the builder did not attach my ventilation pipe correctly and didn't hesitate to go crawl in the attic to fix it.

Get quotes in writing; his word is no good. Check his work closely.

He said $200 over the phone, he said $300 when he arrived, and charged $405 when it was completed. In addition to changing the price twice, he also installed the 3-way shower diverter valve cover plate upside down, meaning the little hole was on top so it could get water inside it.

You can do better than Cherokee Plumbing.

Installation was extremely well done and they cleaned up nicely after themselves.
Another plus was they showed up on time which seems to be a rare now days. The hauled off the old fixtures so it was turn key for us.

This company did not respect my time. They gave me a window to come over from 3pm-5pm, so I took off work to be at the house. At 4:52 PM, they finally called to see if they could still come by. When I complained about the time, they stated that the plumbers had been on a call, and the window of time was merely for when they would give me a call. If that's how they wish to do business, that's fine, but it won't earn my business, ever.
