There was a really nice person to deal with on the phone. However the plumber was the opposite. I stayed home from work to allow them to do the job. I had a very tight schedule and the plumber arrived late. No problem I showed him in and he started work with no issues. However I did not have time to brief him on on specific instructions. He finished the job 2 hours ahead of schedule. Then I asked him to adjust a pipe so that the waste line was facing a different direction. ""You should have told me that before I started"" was the answer.

It's unbelievable I would never say that to someone if I was working on their house. As a guest in someone's house and a business owner I'm surprised that this type of behavior can be acceptable from an employee.
