We had a plumbing issue and had trouble finding anyone that would come and fix it quickly. I called Chelan Valley and we were able to get an appointment the next morning. Josh was very helpful on the phone and Trey came and fixed the problem in no time neatly, efficiently and priced very well. We are so grateful. We did not know they even did plumbing work and are happy to know there is a great resource nearby. Thanks!

We just completed the installation of a new heating and cooling system in our home of 17 years. I highlight and thank Chelan Valley Heating and Cooling and provide them with 5+ star review for quality of work and customer service.

Our heat pump failed while we were in Mexico. We contacted CVHC and they were out the next day, securing the heat pump and shifting the workload to our electric furnace. A few days later, we returned from Mexico. That night at 2:30 am my wife smelled something hot. I got up to assess the situation and sadly found our electric furnace not working. At 3:00 am I left a phone message for CVHC. To my surprise, they were at our home at 7:30 am! The technician located the problem, the fan motor was not working. That left us with no heat. I thought we would need to borrow a bunch of space heaters until a new motor was available, but the technician said, no way and took the motor unit to the shop. He returned shortly and installed a generic motor that ran continuedly, giving us heat!

Chelan Valley Heating and Cooling had a full schedule of customers, but they fit us in for March 22, so we could qualify for a PUD rebate that was ending March 31. This effort alone saved us $750. Today the CVHC crew arrived at 8:00 and began work. They were very courteous and knowledgeable, keeping us up to speed on how the install was going.

The CVHC team completed their work at 2:00 pm and spent plenty of time with my wife and I, instructing us in the many features of the new thermostat. We both were so thankful for this amazing team from CVHC.

I called everyone in the area over the weekend and Chelan Valley was the only HVAC company that called back. I was freaked out that the entire system was going to have to be replaced and cost a ton. But Sage arrived, and within 15 minutes he figured out what was wrong. He fixed it and my heating is cozy now! Couldn't ask for anything more.
