Didn't really know what a backflow preventer was but knew I had a big leak. Check came out and explained what it was and why it was and fixed it. Oh happy day! Now I can take that receipt to City of Healdsburg and get a refund on some of the cost of the leaking water. Called late in the afternoon, Chuck was here the next morning and it was quickly fixed. Several other plumbers had given me unreliable information. Chuck set me straight! Very pleased and the repair was very reasonable.

We bought a new home in 2019. We received a notice in the mail from the City of Santa Rosa that we needed our back flow device inspected. We had no clue what this was or why we were getting this notice. I emailed checkrite backflow and received a prompt reply of what I needed to do. Chuck came out inspected our device and showed the baackflow system to me. Can't thank you enough.

I'm late to review Checkrite but better late than never! I was very happy with the prompt and efficient response to my inquiry as well as the service provided. We bought a house late last year and early in 2018 I received a notice that because a backflow inspection hadn't been done the City of Santa Rosa was going to shut off my water. I had no clue what was going on but Checkrite not only was very helpful and informative but reasonably priced. They even talked to the City of Santa Rosa to let them know I was in the process of addressing the issue so my water wouldn't be shut off! Highly recommend!

I have used Checkrite Backflow Services for years and years. They send their paperwork just before the city sends me their request. I send off a check and the service gets performed in a timely manner. I dont have to make an appointment just provide them with the cities forms.

They are consistent...Consistent in that it takes 3-4 reminders to actually get the work done. I was told that a message would get to the powers that be, but I never received any calls back. I thought I would give them another try this year, because they have done back flow services in the past for us. When I asked why it was taking so long, I was told glibly that ""it's normal to get 2 or 3 notices for compliance.It is two months later, and I have yet to receive any documentation. I guess our business isn't that important. I will be looking elsewhere next year...

This is the first time I've had to have a backflow inspection done. After calling several other companies I decided to use Checkrite. Their price was half of the other places that I called and the receptionist was very informed and spent time with me to answer all of my questions which is ultimately why I chose to use them. They were very easy to work with and although my inspection passed I'm confident that they would be just as great if something were needing replacement.
