We called this company the first time to set an appointment. He didn't show up, so we schedule for a 4:00 Tuesday appointment . He didn't show up. My husband called him. His response was """"He was going to look for a pump ."""" Please explain how anyone can diagnose a plumbing situation, when they don't show up for schedule appointment. I will never recommend this company to anyone. This company is very unprofessional. We have to continue to look for another company. The sad part is he was recommended by our neighbor. What a big dissappointment.?!
