I would not recommend. They unclogged a drain at one of my rentals (unclogged drain was done) they quoted me a price for another job which was scheduled to be done a couple of days after the one completed but its been a week now and I have not heard back from them one way or another.... They cashed the check I wrote for the job they done that same day and never heard back from them. I called a couple of times to see what was going on but never heard back..

The guys came out and cleaned our main drain like we asked. We thought we might need to do a camera inspection but was told it wasn't necessary. This is the kind of honesty that builds trust and a very happy customer!! Thank you so much!

This is an honest, efficient and courteous service. They informed me of how to do an easy repair myself. That kind of honesty and service is rare. This company has done other repairs on my home and this type of service is consistent with them.

I called Cheaper Rooter one morning about a week ago. They said that they could come out in about 2 hours. When it got to be about 3 hours, I tried to call them. I could not get through or leave a message because ""the mailbox is full"". They called me shortly after that and said it would be about an hour and a half more. I asked what time they stopped working and they would not say but they did say that they would still come out that day. They never showed or called back.

Scam, scam, scam.
They will come out to inspect the sewer line, without any photos and video they will inform you that the line is busted and needs to be replaced, then they call their buddy at Dig Me Excavating to give you a quote at $15,000, you'll put down $4,000 payment, a week later nothing has been done even when the sewer repair guy will assure you that the line has been replaced (he didn't even bother to come out and make it look like anything has been done, the grass wasn't even touched) so I ordered another sewer line scope inspection and guess what, the old so called busted sewer line was in good condition, no repairs needed at all.
I'll take them both to court and will spread the word out through news channels before I'll shut both shady companies down.

Absolutely do not use this company. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

The employee came to our home and told us he could install a new shower fixture/head (move it about 6 inches to accommodate bigger shower), reroute some plumbing for a bathtub, and install some new sink drains. Fairly simple job for a plumber who actually knows what he is doing.

He did not do any of these tasks correctly.

Instead, we had a hole in our dining room below our bathroom when he didn't turn the water off properly and it leaked through our ceiling overnight. The company proceeded to bring us a fan the next day to dry it off, promised to come repair the drywall, and still to this day (months later) has not called or come over to repair it.

The shower fixture was crooked and too loose. It had to be repaired. The tub pipes were not even connected, drilled incorrectly, loosely, and placed too close to the wall so that AFTER we paid to have new tile in our new bathroom, our second plumber had to tear up brand new tile to fix his plumbing once again (after a licensed contractor w/ 40 years experience had fixed it once).

The toilet bolt was not installed, he just put a screw in it, meaning we had to go out and buy additional hardware to fix it and install ourselves.

The sink drains were also left carelessly attached and not ready for installation.

I don't know all my plumbing terms but I know he cost us a lot of time and extra money by saying he could do this job and doing an extremely poor job of it. If he didn't have the skills or work ethic required for it, he should have never taken it on.

His employee ended up doing the work and we asked for an inspection from the boss. The boss never came by for an inspection.

He also didn't show up one day because he was too hungover (this is what his boss told us over the phone).

Please save yourself the headache of what we experienced and call a different company to do your plumbing work, whatever it may be.

Yes, I recommend. I have used this company for years for the sewer scopes in my real estate transactions. They do a great job at a fair price.

We purchased a house and this company was contracted to replace the sewer line, they were hired by the seller. After the rain came through Denver the trench in the back yard for the sewer line has now sunk about a foot. They did not compact the dirt around the new sewer line. I contacted them to have them come and take a look at it. He said he would come out there and take a look at it. I had to call him daily for 3 weeks and he kept promising he would go out there and get that taken care of. He will not answer my calls anymore and his voicemail is full. Not happy with the promises that were never completed.

Such mixed reviews, but this company has been great for us! We have them out every 8 months to clear the main line due to tree roots. They have scoped for us and explained that while other companies might say we need to replace the main line we really don't. We asked about a price on some optional work, they gave the quote, but insisted we get other bids (we haven't had that optional project done by anyone yet). We really have had none of the problems other people have mentioned and without a doubt refer them to friends and family.

Mike and Jose have saved us on 3 occasions in a last few months (we have an older home that is falling apart.). The first time we used them it was for a second opinion after another company came out that was trying to charge us an arm and a leg (and do a bunch of unnecessary work). I would have been out many thousands of dollars if I didn't have Jose come out and take a look (who unclogged the drain for $89). Mike came out this morning and installed a water heater after we had called him at 7pm last night. These guys are honest, dependable, affordable and friendly.
