Scam artist and fraud. If i could give negative stars i would. Chaz Geyer from Chaz Plumbing LLC came out on September 3 after i contacted my home warranty for a leak that was coming through my basement rafter and seem like it was coming from my bathroom on the main floor. I showed him the leak and he wrote ""Investigated leak come from the first floor to the basement. Looks to be a waxing that is bad that is going on and leaked
through the floor ceiling is open in the basement, but it's wood where it was replaced before turn into HWA for authorization to pull and reset the toilet and see if there's any other issues going on at that time."" He collected the 125 dollar service charge. He tells me he will return at the end of the week once he receives the authorization. The authorization came in same day September 3. I heard nothing from Chaz. I called him Thursday September 5 and emailed him September 6. Still nothing. The leak started again the following week so I had a relative call September 10 stating they ""received his number for a service call"". Wouldn't you know it the relative got a call 3 hours later. When the relative told him it was relating to my address he stated, "" oh yea i received a call and email and forgot to get back to him"". He put me out to his ""earliest available"" September 17. He came out and there was nothing wrong with the wax ring but changed it anyways and said that's all he could do but would send pics and let my home warranty know to return the fee and send someone else out. This was a lie!!!!!! He sent in the pics and said there was nothing wrong with the toilet and they closed the case. The problem hasn't been fixed, home warranty won't give me my service charge back, Chaz refuses to return it as well and I still have a leak to deal with. Do not let Chaz Geyer in your house he isn't the man for your job.

Fjnally!!!!!! HOT water!!!!!!!@ Another company came out. The Pilot was not lit!!
We waited weeks to have someone day, the Pilot wasn't lit!!!!!!

I would give no stars, but there's no option. I've gone five weeks without a toilet.
Chaz Put in a new flush tower and it is defective.
The toilet was running for 16 hours after he put that in.
He Let choice the warranty know that it needed a new toilet because it was severely rusted, and that was a lie.,
Came back to fix the flush button, and the toilet tank was rocking back-and-forth.
And then he decided that he wasn't gonna answer my calls anymore. #I told Warranty he doesn't deserve to be paid for nothing because he didn't do nothing.
But he certainly is full of lies. He also told him he needed my address and he's been here three times and I've sent him the address twice cents and he still won't respond.! BEWARE!!!!!!

This plumber came out to my moms house because she choice home warranty company and took her money and ran. he 1st made her wait 2 weeks to show up, then he looks at her sink, takes her money and never shows back up. i cant even give 1 star as we would never use this plumber again. horrible customer experience horrible customer service, recommend to stay away.

WORST person to ever rely on. UNPROFESSIONAL. Had my water heater break for a month and after he did not show up on the scheduled time, went on a power trip and said he will transfer the warranty claim to antother technician and have it get delayed even more.

Requested to have the garage utility sink replaced. The price was fair and the work was quality. I recommend Chaz Plumbing based on my experience.

He installed a water heater for me just a little over a year ago. He came and did it fairly late in the evening for a reasonable price and I've had no problems with it. He was friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend.
