I don't think he wants to work. Chris came out (after making us wait two weeks for that visit), gave us a verbal idea of what he would quote, and then never sent the estimate. I tried calling his office, to no avail. Unprofessional and/or unorganized. I can only imagine trying to get a hold of him later if I needed something done urgently or had a problem! Oh - and he was referred to me from a customer of his whom I know... all he had to do was show up! The job was his to lose!

Mr Hayes has done plumbing work on my home and family and friends that I have recommended him to. Friendly, funny, happy guy that likes to sing while he works ( not loud) and is as professional as you get. The job gets done, he explains everything to you, never try's to rush things to get to the next job. The guy is never in a bad mood. But to get to the point, excellent work, puts his name on it. And any plumber apprentice that he he's with him the main thing he stresses is to leave the room he's working in cleaner than it was when you got there. Bill A

We tried to support a local company but ended up being disappointed. He gave us an estimate and told us the materials to buy . After trying to chase him down to see when he could come out to do the job and no response , we gave up and went with a larger company.

Chris and his team are fantastic!!! Roto-Rooter wanted me to spend $6900 to replace a sewer pipe after they could not get through the sewer blockage. I wanted a second opinion and Chris and his team came out, and even brought a village inspector/whiteness with them. Because of Chris and his team I did not have to spend almost $7000 to replace a new sewer pipe. When you cannot use your toilets or showers you are really in a bind, and Roto-Rooter tried to take advantage of that. Chris will be my go to plumber from here on out! HIGHLY recommend.

I had Chris Hayes from CHayes plumbing install a water heater after 6 attempts to contact him he has not provide me with the paper work I need to apply for a building permit. Our village requires a building permit when installing a new water heater. My house cannot be sold without this building permit and an inspection of his work. I cannot recommend him for any plumbing work.
