JR did it again !! It has been a year since last call . What I love the most about CHAVES Plumbing is that they answer to my phone call directly and they can come so quickly . Jr remembered me from last year service and repaired my toilet today . Thank you JR for your professionalism and remembering me. When I said you are the number one plumber in South Bay I really meant it . I have called many different company , some I have to leave voice mail waiting for return call , some charges so much some makes you wait for days to repair .... But Chavez Plumbing is the best !!

I needed a plumber to help unclog my kitchen sink. I called Chavez Plumbing and they were able to come out the same day. Gabriel & Jesus came and was very professional, fast and informative but most importantly they were able to unclog my sink. Price was very reasonable too. I would definitely use them again. If you need a plumber don't hesitate to call them!

I had an issue with a leak under my sink after replacing the faucet. Gabriel came to the place and fixed the problem(s) very quickly - it was originally one issue with the pipe but he fixed the separate issue with the plastic tubing as well!
All in all, speedy and professional.

We had our water heater bust on us and we gave them a call. Gabriel was in the area leaving a job and about to go home but he turned around and checked it out even though it was past normal working hours. He came back the next day with a brand new tank and installed it with us not even being there. We had a prior engagement with my sons baseball team, he said no problem we do not need to access the inside of the house (since our tank was on the outside) just give us a call when you get back and we'll do final review of the work and finish up with service then.

I called for a leaky kitchen sink and spoke with Gabriel. He quickly confirmed and scheduled me for the next day. They arrived early and provided a quick estimate to the work that needed to be done. They worked with me to fix the issue quickly. Their work exceeded my expectations and was highly pleased. Great customer service and great team.

I previously gave a stellar review to this company based on service and price. I'm forced to change

Two weeks ago I had them out for the third time in ten months. They came out and assessed the job and let me know it would be $225. I hesitated and mentioned that seemed very high, but based on prior service, I agreed to let them proceed. I assumed it must be more involved than it seemed. 19 minutes later they called back to tell me the job was done. $225 for 19 minutes of work. (yes, it was 19 minutes, I checked my phone log).

I told him that rate was outrageous, that I would pay because we had agreed, but I wouldn't be using them again. They gave me $25 off. Still $200, which equates to $600 per hour to run a snake in two spots.

That's just way too much guys. Very dissatisfied.

I had an issue with rusted nuts and bolts attached to a toilet seat and riser that I could not remove with a hacksaw or pliers. I received a reply from Gabriel who assured me he could fix my problem after I sent photos of the toilet in question. Although Gabriel arrived late, he kept in contact with me so I wouldn't worry.

After Gabriel arrived, he quickly got to work and sawed off the bolts. He had to visit a local hardware store and buy new 3/8"" bolts and then he installed the new toilet seat along with the existing riser. Gabriel did an awesome job and I'm grateful I hired a pro. The price was a little more than I expected but worth saving me headaches. I'm a happy customer.

Gabriel showed up and fixed a link in my sink that was much more work than what was quoted. I thought it was going to be an easy fix but they ended up having to go in the basement and work with multiple pipes in the basement. I appreciate the hard work these guys did at no extra cost !
Would highly recommend and will be calling again if I have any other issues in the future.
