Talked over phone about using his services for garbage disposal replacement. He advised me to buy a new disposal that he would be able to install. We agreed that he would be able to come the next morning at 10am. I called him that following morning when I noticed he was 10 minutes behind. He then asked if he could arrive at 11:30am instead, which I was completely fine with. Around 11:40am I receive a call from him asking if it would be fine to push his arrival to 12pm. I agreed, but shortly after received a text from him simply saying ""12:30pm"". 10 minutes past 12:30 I ask if he was close-by to which he replied ""I'm sorry, it's too much traffic"". I then ask if he would still be able to make it, which he never replied to.

Overall very poor and lack of communication, as well as no sense of punctuality. I would not recommend.

Victor and his sons are a company I trust with all my heart. These are honest to God hard working people. They will charge you a fair price and do very good work. Other companies will charge you terribly high fees and do shoddy work. I'm not saying they are infallible, because we all make mistakes. But they have done many many jobs for me at this juncture and overall, I am extremely happy with the work. When they have made a mistake, they gladly fix it.

Give these guys a try, they are honest, fair, knowledgeable and can do just about everything: plumbing, electrical, basic construction, brick and mortar, stone work, retaining walls, roofing repairs...these guys are awesome and I thank the lord above I found them because they have helped me out of problems many times now.

Mr Chavez and his crew did an amazing job redoing our kitchen floor. He communicated throughout the project reducing our stress. Gave us a quote and stuck to it, never tried to up sell anything. Cleaned up as we never had construction! Highly recommend his services
